Beautiful views and well run establishment

Very nice location. Restaurant very good. Rooms clean and good service.

Some confusion with seemingly newer staff members not knowing if the hotel had a toaster. But OK we can of course overlook this. Said toaster reappeared on day 3 😁

High quality hotel, great staff and super comfortable.

Stunning location right on the riverside. Bedroom window was right over the Rhein with a view to Germany. Quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever experienced. The historic old town is worth walking around with plenty of bars and restaurants and the hotel is perfectly located for go off for an exploration. Public parking in a very clean well lit covered car park is two minutes walk away and cost ChFr.20 for an overnight stay.

Shower in our room was a little bit feeble with low flow, reception noted this and stated that they would look into this. That aside the hotel is exceptional.

Would be great if in future, the windows have mosquito net to keep them open during the night and listen to the river.

Room was very nicely spaced, very clean and felt cozy. The location right next to the Rhine river was very nice. Calm and peaceful. The town deserves a walk as well. It is old and beautiful in its own way. Staff is excellent. Especially, the receptionist. Coming from Italy she was warm and welcoming which is in stark contrast to the rather cold and distant demeanor from the German speaking world. Unfortunately for you, she will most likely be gone when you read this (all the best to you!). The breakfast is average but the dinner options at the restaurant are excellent.

The hotel - and it's rooms - needs a fresh paint and the interior needs an update. It is very 90s. The shower within the bath tub (again very 90s) was not tall enough. I prefer a simple walk-in shower.

Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la rivière depuis la chambre et le restaurant, le calme, la propreté, la salle de bain avec baignoire, le sèche cheveux et le petit déjeuner

Le lit double était grand et confortable, mais composé de deux lits simple accolés, ce qui laissait un espace au milieu impossible à combler. Pas idéal pour un couple.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (-: Das Zimmer war sauber mit einem schönen Blick auf Rhein. Das Frühstück war gut, auch wenn nicht sehr vielseitig. Alles bis zum 'Sole Uno' war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wenn man nicht Luxus sucht, ist das Schiff zu empfehlen.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser, sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Es hat alles was man braucht. .

Wasser in der Dusche etwas zu schwach. Wer Frühstück nehmen will, sollte früh aufstehen, sonst ist das Buffet ausgeschossen. Die Fenster im Restaurant hätten eine Reinigung nötig, das schmälert den schönen Ausblick auf's Wasser. Nichts für Gäste mit Auto, es hat nur das Parkhaus in der Nähe und das summiert sich bei mehr als einer Nacht.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr weihnachtlich Rheinzentral in Rheinfelden die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Fühstück war reichhaltig,Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut von Fisch bis Wild. Das weihnachtliche Rheinfelden sehr gemütlich.

Situation géographique exceptionnelle, accueil très bien, mais il faut avoir quelques notions d'allemand, petit déjeuner très bon, avec vue sur le Rhin et la carte du restaurant est fabuleuse très bonne relation qualité-prix. A recommander.

Trés bel hôtel situé au bord du Rhin et à côté de la frontière.

Rheinfelden est à cheval entre la Suisse et l'Allemagne. Les prix auraient été moins chers en Allemagne, mais le confort et la facilité d'accès de l'hôtel valent son prix. Proche de la frontière, c'est sympa de passer d'un pays à l'autre à pied.

Il était compliqué de trouver le parking privé de l'hôtel et nous sommes restés dans le parking public payant à proximité. Peut-être mieux indiquer le parking dès l'arrivée ou mettre un point GPS.

Das Zimmer war mit Aussicht auf den Rhein - der Blick zwar wunderschön, aber das enorme Tosen des Wassers (die Brücke nach Deutschland befindet sich gleich dort) hat unsere Nachtruhe ganz empfindlich gestört. An ein Öffnen des Fensters war daher nicht zu denken.

War das zweite mal im Hotel Schiff am Rhein. Wieder war alles bestens betreff Hotel, Zmorge und Abendessen... -Bin immer wieder gerne im schönen Rheinfelden. Ist zudem auch ein schöner Weg dem Rhein entlang zum Augarten.

Gostei muito da estadia no Hotel. A proximidade com o rio foi um dos pontos altos, trazendo uma vista bonita e uma atmosfera muito agradável durante a minha visita.

Un ottimo soggiorno in un piccolo e bel villaggio in posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni

Un posto carino sulle rive del fiume Reno e all'inizio del nucleo della città vecchia. Staff cortese, ottima pulizia, colazione ricca e variata. Con due passi si attraversa il ponte sul Reno e si è in Germania.

Personalmente, anche se pulita e ben curata, non sono amante della moquette nelle camere.

Wir würden wieder hier übernachten

Super gelegen, direkt am Rhein und in der Altstadt, schöne Cafés, ein gutes Restaurant direkt im Hotel und nur eine Gehminute von einem grossen Parkhaus entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Lüftung/Klimaanlage gibt es keine. In einer heissen Sommernacht wurde es ziemlich stickig im Zimmer, mussten dann Fenster *und* Läden öffnen, obschon ein Zettel darum bittet, nicht beides zu öffnen wegen Insekten. War dann aber zum Glück kein Problem.
