The room and service well exceeded my expectations to a Gasthaus (3 star)

Very neat & clean room, also the bathroom is big enough for a single person; location is very easy to find. The breakfast is simple but more than enough. Unfortunately we could have chance to taste the dinner there (no dinner served on that evening).

I could not name even one. Maybe, no dinner served on the evening we lived could a weak point.

Very Good/Enjoyable Stay

The rooms were very clean and well presented, breakfast and dinner were traditional German and very nice, the staff were polite and helpful especially as German was not our first language. Picturesque location, with a nice bakery opposite and quick access into Switzerland or to the rest of South Germany/The Black Forest.

The bed was a little firm for my liking, but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Superb

I was in a renovated room and really liked the modern touch. The bathroom with walk-in shower was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed having a small balcony even though my room was facing the road. The breakfast options were great and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Traffic was heavy early in the morning. So if you're a light sleeper better ask for a room facing the court yard.

We were disappointed to find the restaurant not open on Monday or Wednesday evenings. Having arrived by motorcycle in the rain we had to don our gear and look for food.

The hotel is situated right near the road, giving annoying sound all night. Ask for a room with windows to the backyard (if they have)

low service … waiting in the restaurant, in front of the so called reception, 17 minutes to be checked in. payed for breakfast, got nothing because Sunday the breakfast starts later, so I had to check out much earlier than planed, in order to get some breakfast on the way. At the dinner, endless waiting time again, nobody cared about me.

Sehr netter Besitzer, am Frühstücksbüffet war alles sehr lecker und auch die Bedienung war sehr nett Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und wir konnten die Fahrräder in der Garage aufladen und abstellen

Sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders für Motorradfahrer. Wir kommen wieder!

Super Empfehlung. Vor allem für Motorradfahrer. Auf dem Parkplatz kam uns der Besitzer gleich entgegen, hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns gleich weiter zur abgesperrten Garage gelotst. Super Biergarten und Restaurant. Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend. Auch das Bad war schön sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Freundlich, preiswert, super Lage. Wir haben es uns abgespeichert falls wir nochmal mit den Motorrädern in der Nähe eine Übernachtung brauchen.

Die 'einfachen' Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Man muss aber auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis berücksichtigen. Draußen war es an dem Tag 35 Grad warm war. An normalen Sommertagen sind die Zimmer sicher angenehmer. Trotzdem würden wir immer wieder kommen.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht, wenn der Gasthausbetrieb in Ferien ist!

Frühstück ist ok. Abstellen und Laden von E-Bike möglich. Kostenloser Pkw-Parkplatz.

Leider hatte der Gasthausbetrieb Ferien, was uns nicht vorab mitgeteilt wurde. Es gab keinen Getränkeautomaten oder Wasserkocher oder Kühlschrank. Lautes Zimmer an der stark befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse. Theoretisch gibt es die Konuskarte. Schade.
