Disappointing. Not able to give an opinion as we did not stay here.

Due to long travelling, we specifically asked if it was alright to change the check in time to 2am, and this was approved by the property. When we arrived, the property was locked, no one available to assist us and no one answered any forms of contact (calls, messages etc.). Because of this, we had to sleep in the car and wait until morning. This was unacceptable as we had already made thorough arrangements for coming late.

Don’t stay here! It’s a bed bug infested hostel, with no private bathrooms as advertised

No mention that the restaurant was closed on a Monday. Out of town, so not a lot around. No mention that it is a converted railway station, which the platforms are still in use. Trains 05:00-23:00. On top floor, converted roof space, one small window, extremely hot, no air conditioning, no fan, open window, train sounds EXTREME. Shared bathroom with four other double rooms.

not the worst, but poor value for the price

the building itself and the Biergarten right outside are nice.

Rooms are quite noisy for the passing trains in the morning, and my room had a street lamp from the station right outside the window with no possibility of making the room dark at night. The wi-fi was unusable as it was super slow (barely loaded the Google homepage). And lastly, no private bathroom - fair enough, it is my fault for not seeing this detail, but I had expected a better room for the price.

We've agreed with the owner that he would receive us after 22pm. But when we arrived at the hotel, he was not there. He did not answer our calls even though we called like 22 times. There was no additional information on the doors or anything else. The building was open which seemed very unsafe but the rooms were not accessible. I discourage you to stay here if you're arriving late. We had a terrible experience and were left in a cold night without the hotel.

Could be a really great place to stay but let down by a couple of shortcomings

Interesting location - converted railway station Smart and spacious modern room Good sound insulation from other rooms

Nobody in charge to ask questions of. We were given a key by a busy waiter from the restaurant downstairs and left to get on with it. Rooms aren't en suite with one WC and one showerroom shared by at least 6 double rooms. Free wifi was so woeful it couldn't connect to internet.

Location is cool! Old trainstation. Everything is topnotch clean!

There's no staff whatsoever. Had to pick up the keys at the bierstube (which) was closed. Haven't seen anyone except a cleaninglady for the next days so when we left I left the roomkey in the door.

Excellent value accommodation with a good restaurant and nice (popular) large terrace for the evening with good menu choices.
