The hotel offers dinner, which is served on their terrace or in the pantry room. The food was delicious and prepared with care. Prices were more than reasonable. The breakfast was relatively simple but of high quality and well prepared. The hotel staff was just exquisite. The presence of a laundry room was a very welcome and useful surprise, allowing us to wash all the dirty clothes accumulated in 10 days on a bicycle tour of the river Rhine.

Our room was a bit small, but functional and well furnished.

Good hotel in a marvellous location in Germany

Hotel easily accessible, no problem with parking - a lot of space even for bigger cars, not a huge hotel with too long corridors but a neat compact one, clean and modern room with fresh and very clean bathroom, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast area and rooms for reading or playing games.

The breakfast was supposed to be a "rich breakfast buffet" but it was rather monotonous and on some days (depending on who was in the kitchen) the staff had trouble delivering the food for guests on time and in the amount required, we had to ask the staff for food or for coffee cups. I want to stress that I don't blame the staff who seemed very serious about their work, I rather think it's their supervisor's fault to leave them alone with so many things to do at the same time. On hot days it was too hot in the room (no air conditioning). As for price, my impression is that I paid too much.

No Fuzz, but excellent!

Needed a quick hotel solution. Sapia Hotels has two locations there. Staff is always friendly, breakfast very good for small hotel. They employ some challenged people that do an awesome job. So nice to see a company creating opportunities for them. Would definitely recommend this for a stay.

For what I needed everything was great. One comment would be to set up a hot water boiler in the little communal snack area, as I found team bags but no hot water.

Ich selbst war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und werde es sicher erneut besuchen!

Das Hotel liegt abseits vom Zentrum, hat somit eine sehr ruhige Lage. Auch das Haus selbst strahlt sehrt viel Ruhe aus. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl, trafen auf hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Wir waren rundum äußerst zufrieden!!! Daher gibt es keinen Anlass zu Klagen.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und gut betreuten Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt geführt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist umfangreich, hat hochwertige Zutaten und wird gut betreut/aufgefüllt. Unser Abendessen war ebenso köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Es arbeiten auch Meschen mit Behinderung im Team. Das hat mich sehr gefreut. Ich bin Lehrerin an einer Schule mit Schwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung 😀

Du bekommst, wofür du bezahlt hast. Ein ordentliches Zimmer zu einem akzeptablen Preis.

Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Ruhig und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich.

Das Zimmer war etwas eng und hatte keine Klimaanlage. Wegen der Hitze war es schwierig, nachts zu schlafen.

Lief personeel maar bebouwde kamers.

Het personeel ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt was super lief, zorgzaam en werkte hard.

Je moet inchecken maar er is niemand. Het hotel lijkt totaal verlaten. Wij hadden voor 5 personen gereserveerd maar er was maar maar 4 personen wat geregeld. Ik heb het nood nummer gebeld maar die konden ons niet helpen. Ik zei moet onze zoon dan op de grond slapen zonder beddengoed? Er is nergens extra beddengoed te vinden. Die meneer ging alleen over de kaartsleutels en verder niet. Toen kwamen er Duitse mensen die vonden het ook onacceptabel en hebben nog een keer gebeld. Na een half uur kwam er iemand om een extra kamer te openen….. Het hotel wordt gerund door mensen die in begeleiding zitten en die doen het super goed. Maar heel raar dat er totaal niemand te bereiken is en er geen begeleiding aanwezig is. Ik zou het niet weer boeken met mijn gezin.

ontbijt was prima

hotel kent een vreemde opzet want fysiek is het aan een jeugdtehuis of iets dergelijks gekoppeld. Er waren heel weinig gasten dus er heerste een uitgestorven indruk. Er is geen personeel in hotel na 20.00 uur. Onder onze kamers zaten jeugdige lawaaimakers tot 00.00, maar het was onduidelijk of dit ook bij het hotel hoorde of deel was van het jeugdtehuis. Vanwege onbemande receptie konden we nergens melding doen van overlast. het was boven 30Celsius en er is geen airco voorziening , dus het was te warm op de kamer voor het gebodene was de prijs aan de hoge kant

Ein angenehmes Hotel für Ausflüge

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Nettes Personal. Motorräder konnten im Hinterhof versteckt parken. Unkomplizierte Selbstbedienungsmöglichkeit fürs abendliche Verandabierchen.

Ist nicht klimatisiert, dafür hat’s immerhin Fliegengitter fürs nächtliche Lüften und effektive Außenjalousien. Zu Fuß ca 25 Minuten vom Altstadtzentrum, also nichts für Fußlahme.

Kurz Urlaub

Ausstattung war super und passte mit kleinem Kind. Genügend Platz. Klein und fein, freundliches Personal.

Teppich ist leider nicht so unser Ding, aber war OK. Sauberkeit auch super, ausser das wir unter dem Sofa noch Hunde Gutzeli gefunden haben :-( Etwas hellhörig und das Zimmer war sehr warm.
