Spacious / comfortable

Shower flooded every time it was used as water not going down drain. Place needed a good paint . Remote for the television did not work. Felt that the apartment needed a deep clean. Superficially clean, e.g windows and bar stools

Dirty and broken bed

The kitchen is good to eat with 4 people.

The bed 🛌 of the living room was broken and with hairs of another clients. The cleaning of the whole apartment was bad. We talk with our contact but didn't receive a solution. We didnt get the information for the opening box with time and have to stay outside until we call the woman (contact) several times (at 8pm). It's far from the city center. The organisation was horrible. I wish we could have better feeling of this stay but I wasn't.like that. Parking place was great.

Disappointing

Good Location and easy for parking

It is not two-bedroom apartment as introduced at all! Only one bedroom and a living room. What’s more, I already mentioned three persons would check in. However, it is not really ready for 3 persons (only one bed). It seems that the apartment is not ready ( used towels and unclean sofa). The washing room is more worse with terrible smell liking standing around sewer. The communication with the owner is not pleasant. He is not patient. The information was sent via booking in French which I wouldn’t understand. So I contacted him when I arrived. He just send me again the French version information and text me “Read the text , everything is explained” even I explained to him I don’t speak French and all communication is in English.

Mi aspettavo almeno un rimborso parziale per i disagi avuti

Appartamento impolverato, scarico doccia non funzionante tanto che si è allagato appartamento, phon non funzionante, mezzo rotolo di carta igienica in 4 per due notti, sapone per le mani riempito con acqua, scopa per pulire per terra impolverata , non vi dico sotto il tappeto .Avviso subito ore 21.30 la prima sera del guasto e del fatto che abbiamo usato i nostri asciugamani per togliere l'acqua da terra e solo il giorno dopo ore 17 pm oltrettutto dopo che noi abbiamo fatto check out anticipato ci propongono degli asciugamani aggiuntivi??!!! Non potendo fare un doccia, ovviamente senza bidet, oltrettutto con un tempo cattivo, bagnate e infreddolite abbiamo rinunciato all' altra notte di soggiorno.
