Kazbegi Targmani Cottages

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a huge balcony and an absolutely breathtaking view of Mount Kazbegi — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We travelled with our dog and especially appreciated how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. The attitude towards pets was wonderful, and staying with a dog felt easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We felt truly welcome and would absolutely love to come back.

Location! Location! Location! Absolutely the best view! We loved sauna and the pool (pool supposed to be heated but still felt a bit chilly but perfect dip after the sauna!).

Very rarely I am writing negative comments about the stay, but this time I am forced to. Let’s start with the route to the hotel which is mix of the mud and horse feces, what made it impossible to reach the hotel with luggage’s without make yourself dirty. I highly suggest to take a taxi. Regarding the room, it is visible that it is made of a cost saving way: dirty pillows, desk from plywood which is unstable and slowly start to show moisture, as well as sewer odor in the toilet which was really irritating. Also area around the hotel is not really unkept. Considering the price we paid for the night, those aspects are unacceptable.
