The location was very good, there is a SPAR shop just round the corner for groceries and some nice restaurants. The ski lift is only a few minutes walk which is great.
Some black out curtains but this wasnt too much of an issue. Some locals thought it was fun to use the snow mobiles at 3am which was super annoying as they are loud but thankfully this was only one night.

Room size is excellent for 4 ppl, very clean and Cozy.
Beds are extra comfy and very tidy.
Big parking area in the entrance of LOFT 2.
Storage locker for the skiing tool (but it was not working at that time)
Wifi speed are good.
Owner is very helpfull and friendly.

Reception team are very rude and non-cooperative
No soap and shampoo in toilet
The sofa bed is very low level
View is construction building
Take care payment is only in cash (Cards are not accepted).

everything was amazing and superb!!! i didn’t expect that much, but that was so amazing and so much clean and comfy! Exceed my expectation and well recommended..
nothing, everything was great!
we cannot leave the luggage at the reception even just for a meantime 🙁

close proximity to the main lift/gondola and to restaurants and supermarkets
pillows are hard, no tea/coffee/sugar and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided.
communication with the owner could have been improved by answering questions like where to take transportation from gudauri to Tibilisi and providing recommendations on where to eat, etc. she could have also given a heads up to leave the payment prior to checkout.
