The apartment is located a short walk from the main ski lift and restaurant area. After a long day of skiing it's a nice place to relax. It's cozy and has a comfortable couch and bed. I did some work in the evening at the kitchen table as well.
The apartment complex is very new and it looks like some lights and switches are still being installed, however the apartment where we stayed was completely finished and furnished, so no problem really.

Very comfortable check-in as it has a reception. The place itself was easy enough to find. The apartment itself was great, everything you need for a short or long trip to Gudauri is there. The location is exceptional. Everything is is walking distance, be it restaurants, cable car etc. I highly recommend it!
