It is located in New Gudauri, just one minute from the gondola – truly ski-in, ski-out. It’s right next to Spar and great restaurants. I believe it’s the best-located apartment in Booking’s offer.
It’s a bit noisy since it’s in the center, but for those coming back tired from the slopes, there’s nothing to worry about.

The location is great. Heart of new gudauri, near the gondola and restaurants. The apartment was clean nice and there are everything you need. The apartment owner communication was welcoming.

Вы можете кататься на лыжах от двери до подъемника и от склона до двери. есть кабинки для хранения инвентаря на 1 этаже .Квартира была хорошей и чистой. балкона открывается прекрасный вид, есть все необходимое, я бы с удовольствием остался подольше.

Great location near the slopes.
There is too much noise. Techno music blaring until 2 AM. Stray dogs barking all night. The worst part was the owner messaging me on that I needed to track down someone to pay in cash while I was out skiing. I lost a couple hours of skiing and thought that I had paid by credit card. Once I found the woman, she was extremely rude.
