The view it’s was stunning the rooms were lovely too . The outdoor fire pit was the best

The noise from a generator or something like that near my bedroom . Also the outdoor lights couldn’t stop them shining through my bedroom window

Very sweet cabins that are tastefully decorated. Big picture windows with the most spectacular view. It is literally next door to Maisi restaurant (same owner) which has excellent food (although if you’re a very private person you have restaurant patrons walking past and very nearby and the curtains at night are translucent). Clean sheets and towels.

- Sheets and linens/towels were clean but the floors felt a bit sticky and the sofa cover looked pretty grotty. Also, I think shower curtains are never the most hygienic. - it’s small. There is no cupboard/shelves to unpack clothes into. - The stairs to the upstairs sleeping area felt a little perilous and upstairs had no railing so probably not great for very small children or anyone less mobile. - We were here in Aug 2025 at the height of summer so warm days but cool nights. You can open the windows downstairs so it gets to a comfortable temperature but the upstairs sleeping area window can’t be opened and was very hot. - Only one pillow per person and the mattress sagged into the middle.

The cabins are perched on the mountainside overlooking Stepantsminda in an absolutely stunning location. The restaurant Maisi next door serves incredible food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and is not to be missed.

Overall the cabin was quite cozy, although the bathroom is small and cramped. The room is really only comfortable enough for three people, although a fourth can sleep on the sofa. The rooms can get quite hot and do not have A/C. The restaurant next door can be noisy with lots of people visiting or waiting for tables, so expect noise fairly late into the night when there are other guests there.

The restaurant is great. Really professional staff and food. They really take care about the details. Pro. beautiful views. amazing

1. For the first time in our lifetime general manager wrote on my private phone that we used to much soap in the bathroom. (…) no comment. General manager should rather Inform guest how to get to the property. He sent us link to Google maps where we almost damaged the car trying to get to (total off-road). Do not do it. Check it twice ! 2. Beautiful view with no doubt, but there is no air conditioner and there are only 2 windows to open. During the summertime it is difficult to breathe. Especially upstairs. 3. This cabin is comfortable for 2 persons. The stairs is not for everyone, especially for kids / elders. 4. Kitchen set is almost empty. No coffee or tee. You have to go to the restaurant to purchase. Take your coffee with you and you will be independent. Our final score: 3,5/5
