Studio Apartment NFT New Gudauri Atrium 130

Свежий воздух. Остановились на ночлег перед выездом в РФ. Близко к границе и вроде как дешево летом ( курорт горнолыжный - сезон зимой). Двухместная кровать хороша и даже слегка мягковата.

Цена - не посмотрел на дополнительную оплату за уборку, и в итоге цена за одну ночь оказалась высоковата. Дорогу к апартаментам одна и ее перекрыли дорожные рабочие, пришлось ждать окончания работ (но думаю это просто не повезло нам)

This was a pleasant little apartment, felt very spacious despite the small size. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable for sleeping. The room was well heated and the shower was amazing. Great location with almost direct access to Gudaura runs and gondola.

The internet connection was choppy (this seems to be the case with most of the apartments in Gudauri that don't have their own wifi). We couldn't figure out how to use the cook top - didn't seem to turn on and there were no instructions provided. Some small touches missing e.g. no tea towels in the kitchen, bath mat, dedicated bedding for the sofa bed. Just little things. Overall it was quite OK for an overnight.

Located just a few steps from the gondola station (ski in/out, locker for your gear in the ski-depot). Lovely Spa & Bath complex and delightful Chalet Gudauri restaurant on the first floor with a terrace, quite expensive though. The brand new apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It can easily accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The hosts Alex and Irene are super nice and helpful. They also helped us arrange transfers from/to Tbilisi and recommended tours based on our preferences and budget. The only problem is that the apartment is located on a small hill, so it may take some physical effort to get back from the many bars and restaurants located in New Gudauri. However, it was an advantage for us because it was always quiet and peaceful near where we were staying. Tips: Vartsla restaurant and Gudauri Travel bar - you won't be disappointed.
