Well-equipped condo with easy parking

The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and it was super convenient to catch beautiful sunsets. The place was comfortable and quiet, and the host was easy to communicate with. The welcome package was a nice surprise.

Incredible host, exceptional house with everything you need just there!!!

Exceptional host! Really helped through everything for any questions like travel to volcano today oe next week to how to use the coffee maker! So prompt so perfect! The nice welcome kit was an icing on the cake to an already perfect house with almost everything you need in the kitchen to coffee powder to what not! The host even went way beyond to get me an extra queen mattress!! Super gracious host and a perfect place with view to ocean and a very clean and fully loaded house!! Not to forget the beach stuff everything you ever need!!

Our stay was very relaxing.

The condo was very convenient, close to downtown Kona. About 1/2 hour walk. Great view at the cabana to watch the sunsets. The condo had everything for you to use, snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella, beach towels, even coolers. The bathroom had everything just like home. It had a first aid kit, which you rarely see. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had weather it was about the condo or what/ where to go.

The parking is limited inside the gated area. Every night we had to park outside the gated area, only the last night were we able to park inside. We were back at the condo by 7pm.

Great affordable condo!

Mark was very hands-on in case you needed anything. He provided detailed info on our stay and included recommendations for activities. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The fruit spread was a nice touch as well, I didn't have to go shopping for fruit. Pools were perfect and refreshing. Included snorkels, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The price was better than most in the area and no hidden fees, of course!

The condo was mostly remodeled and had a coastal cottage feel, but the bathrooms were quite dated in comparison. Maybe the owner might update them in the future.

Great location on the beach close to everything!

The location was great. The pools were wonderful! It was prepared really well with all the things we needed from condiments to snorkelling gear.

The AC was not working during our stay. But the owner was really nice and provided additional fans and also a discounted rate due to the inconvenience.

Comfortable apartment in a good location

Mark was a great communicator and even found restaurants that could cater for my coeliac partners special food needs. Salt water pool was great.

Would have been good if there was a closer restaurant to walk to, although the bus stop was very close.

Very comfortable stay and excellent host.

Great location, close to just about everything. Very comfortable room, had everything we needed and more. The best value I found around that area due to location, amenities and an excellent host. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was so comfortable and made it extremely easy for us to have a relaxed vacation. I would 100% stay there again if I were to go back. Definitely recommend if you’re going to Kona.

Great property in great location.

Great location. Lots of bonus items in unit like snorkels, cooler, beach towels, boogie boards. Owners made you feel at home. Bed was super comfy. All around pleasant stay. Great view for sunset too!

If I had to write something, a TV in the bedroom would have been nice since the bed was so comfy. That's it! Lol.

Great Condo on The Big Island

This was a one bedroom condo located on the ocean. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with essentials as well as some extras such as coffee and some fruit. The owner was very attentive and contacted us several times to make sure everything was good.

Mark was so accommodating and super easy to communicate with. The place was really cute and had everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. I have nothing bad to say about the place or dealing with Mark - loved every bit of this Condo.

The Condo had no assigned parking. The locked compound had x amount parking available. If you didn't get there early enough then you would have to park outside the gates which was okay but would prefer a locked compound.

Location is good, easy to get to most areas within 15min of drive. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with 2 pools and good view of the ocean from the balcony. Host is super nice and considerate, the info sheet provided was so detailed and he's always checking in with us to make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing experience!

Condo is a bit old so do not expect brand new facilities in the room, however they all work and the owner did keep them clean. Also I could hear the upstairs neighbor's steps so be aware if you are a light sleeper. It didn't bother us but something to know.

Beautiful, sea-side condo - a home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We had everything we needed and it totally felt like home with all of the personal touches around. The complex is such a great place and we loved the pools/lounge area. The condo is perfectly located to access Kona and to travel around and see all the sites on the island. We were so impressed by the generous and welcoming hosts who facilitated a very early check-in for us. We are so glad we got to stay here and extend our warmest thanks to the owners.
