Very convenient location, walking distance to good dinner and breakfast options. Great to have a parking spot for the rental car. SUPER-comfortable bed!!! Spotlessly clean. Nice decor. Nice to have access to hot tub, pool and laundry. Pretty view of the garden. Friendly check-in staff, very easy process. Excellent communications from the hosts.
Kind of expensive cleaning fee and added tax.

Clean, nice landscaping. Great location if you want to walk the shops and restaurants of Kona. 15-20 minute drive to the marina for most ocean excursions.
Ground floor, could hear people upstairs walking around. Only two small rolls of toilet paper, no salt or pepper in the kitchen, no sponge to wash plates, Maxwell House coffee - just could have had more welcoming and helpful items in the kitchen.

Great location for shopping and dining in Kailua-Kona tourist area
Not having guaranteed parking - spots are limited so you can end up having to pay for parking somewhere else if you leave the property.

Perfect little spot to use as a home-base while exploring the island! The condo was exactly as expected, and it had everything we needed for our 5 day stay.
Everything was great! My only suggestion is to add some lighter curtains behind the blackout curtains so that you can let some light in while maintaining privacy.
