There was no breakfast included. The location was very good, about a 3-minute walk down to the ocean, which saved on parking and time. It had a nice bed and couch, plus storage room for setting up shop there. It had a coffeemaker (a Keurig?) and pods

The kitchen and bathroom were very small, next to each other, with one sink right outside the bathroom, for both the kitchen and bath. And since the kitchen was so small, it really meant that only one person at a time could be in the kitchen. The kitchen had one frypan and a hot plate, and limited other kitchen supports. It really needed to clean the floors.

Awesome stay until the suitcase situation

In the perfect location. Right in the heart of everything. Walking distance from a lot of everything

Had a late flight outta Kona. Asked the property if they could keep our suitcases for the day as we had an excursion booked. They totally refused to help out. Said we could leave them unattended in the lobby of everyone. Had to go to a gym a ways away and pay them an extra fee to watch our bags for the day. Just an extra unnecessary expense because the property refused to assist in helping.

Disappointing experience in comparison to previous reviews

relatively easy to find parking (either in the lot or on the street). Would only suggest this booking if you are there to sleep, as there are better options for relaxation. Clean beach towels provided.

Power went out one of the nights , resulting in the carbon monoxide alarm constantly beeping (had to unplug it to silence it but defeats the purpose of the alarm to begin with). WiFi didn’t work the entirety of my stay and the host Lori was defensive and tried to gaslight me that I don’t know how to enter a password lol. Very thin walls can hear the neighbors almost to a point of interruption. there was a small cockroach in the bathroom.

Perfect location and lovely unit.

Property is in perfect location. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Property has everything you could need. Please note the hot water in the shower takes a while to come through, be patient the hot water is coming. The mattress is a firm mattress, if you prefer soft mattresses this may not be the bed for you.

Peaceful, comfortable and overall great value for the 2 weeks.

Perfect location. Bed was comfortable. Very clean plenty of towels, kitchen equipment. Loved having cocktails on the lanai in the evening, bonus at nite were the tiki torches! Loved the Polynesian vibe. The owner was friendly and helpful. Room was decorated very nice.

The refrigerator a little small. When using freezer to make ice, the refrigerator part froze. The tv was difficult to navigate until our younger friends came over and got us up and running.

Tropical, walkable, friendly and yummy

I loved how the studio was decorated. It made you feel like you were vacationing on an island. I also loved that it was stocked with everything you’d need, from beach chairs and snorkeling gear to coffee and sunscreens/first aid kits. The bed was a bit soft for us but still comfortable. This condo is located in the center of everything. No need to have a car at all which was what we wanted. We walked everywhere. The pool and hot tub were a nice added touch. Perfect place for a couple. We had a great time.

The only thing I’d change was the fact that the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are the same. It’s a little strange to have the bathroom in the kitchen but that’s no fault of the host. Just badly designed that way.

Great location and amenities

Very good location. Easy access to beach, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, and host was pleasant. Nice decor and vibe. Loved that there was a pool and spa onsite. It was great having kitchen amenities to be able to use to save money on eating out.

They weren't quite finished cleaning by 3 pm, and the room had a faint odor from the guests before us. I did see a roach on the first night, but otherwise everything seemed clean. Echoing another reviewer's sentiment, the glass table is a real leg smacker. We smacked our legs on it a few times. I'd highly recommend replacing it with something else for guest comfort. It was quite a pain using the same sink for the bathroom and kitchen, but I know it's not an easy fix. I would suggest adding a full length mirror. We were renewing our vows, so I spent a lot of time getting my hair/makeup ready and dress on. A ceiling fan would also be beneficial for the unit as we didn't run the a/c at night since it was quite loud.

It’s a good location, as we really only use the room is a jumping off point to all parts of the Island. The hosts provided a lot of beach accessories for example a couple chairs, beach mats, and other items as well as two big beach towels, which were appreciated! There is a nice pool on the property which we took a vantage of the day we arrived. The only negative about the room really, is the stupid screen door which is impossible to keep open without it slamming on your rear end, and the fact that it is an end unit really with no view. So again, we use the room really as a jumping off point to all parts of the island so for us it was no big deal.

The deck furniture is very uncomfortable.

Great location - parking a BIG problem

The location of the condo was terrific. Very close to various restaurants and shops to enjoy. Very short driving distance to one great beach to enjoy. Other better beaches were a bit further. The condo was clean and comfortable with free wifi. The condo also provided beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles, and snorkeling equipment. The condo buildings enclosed a patio that felt like a beautiful rain forest with all kinds of trees and flowers, and made you feel quite set apart from the hustle and bustle of the area. Also there was a very nice pool.

The condo is small, but roomy enough for a couple. The kitchen is not a full kitchen. There is a microwave and fridge, but no stove or dishwasher. But there is no bathroom sink, so the kitchen sink doubles as the bathroom sink. Seems unsanitary to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth and blowdry your hair in the same place where you are possibly preparing food on counter. The biggest concern about this condo is the parking. There are only enough parking spaces for 30% of the condo units, but you don't find out until you are checking in. Parking is a HUGE issue here, and it impacts what you choose to do while you are there out of concern you won't have parking spot when you get back in the evening. Even street parking fills up quickly.

Love this inn and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat!

The owners were great communicators and so kind to let us stay a little longer because our flight was late in the day. The condo was very cute and comfortable, the grounds were beautiful with all the gardens and trees, and the pool was very nice. Perfect location with shops and restaurants all around, and ocean right out the front gate.

Only trouble was there were no dish cloths or dish towels or drying rack - so we had trouble washing and drying dishes. Could have used a couple extra towels also.
