The house has a beautiful garden in the backyard and if it's a sunny day and you don't want to go outside, you can have a great sunbath in the garden.

If you don't have a car 🚘 or you are traveling by train then you have to walk around 10-12 mins for the house.

Beautiful house, ideal for families with children

Clean and upkept interior, it has good facilities for prolonged stay (like: dishwasher & laundry machine). The house has its own driveway for 2 cars and a big enclosed garden, which is nice for sunny days and families with children.

Some of the matrasses on the single beds seemed to be more suitable for children than adults. The layout of the kitchen could have been more spacious. It now has much more cupboard space than I think is needed at the cost of floor area.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das haus ist sehr sehr schön, Für die kinder ist sogar reichlich Spielzeug vorhanden. Die lage war auch super weit vom Tourismus entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Strand. Selbst die kleinen konnten die Strecken selber fahren da auf dem weg zum Strand nur eine Steigung war. 5 Minute zu Fuß ist ein Neto dementsprechend muss man auch nur das nötigste mitnehmen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder Vielen Dank

Tolles, sauberes Häuschen in bester Lage

Sehr saubere und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Unterkunft, perfekt für Familien, Spielzeug und Kinderbücher vorhanden. Unschlagbare Lage. Sehr nette und flexible Gastgeberin, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Reinigungskraft. Nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit 2 bis 3 Personen akzeptabel

Kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Anbindung zu Ausflugszielen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist OK, alles bis auf eine Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden und nutzbar. Ebenso ist im Badezimmer und separatem WC alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Leider gab es auf der großen Terrasse (Sonnenseite) keinerlei Sonnenschutz und lediglich nur zwei alte abgenutzte Korbstühle für den großen vorhandenen Terrassentisch. Daher war die Terrasse für 5 Personen nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, schade ... Hier sollte dringend über eine Nachrüstung nachgedacht werden. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss nicht vom Flur sondern nur vom Schlafzimmer aus begangen werden konnte. Zumindest hätte in der Objektbeschreibung ein entsprechender Hinweis darauf enthalten sein müssen. Wenn das Haus für 5 Personen angeboten wird, dürfte doch klar sein, dass es selbst bei Familien schwer möglich ist das Bad zu nutzen, wenn schon Kinder schlafen. Sollten sich gar 2 Pärchen das Haus teilen, wird die Situation nicht besser. Einen letzten Minuspunkt erhält das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Dieses Möbelstück hat seine beste Zeit schon hinter sich und auch hier sollte über eine baldige Erneuerung entschieden werden.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gut.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Haus war sauber und es fehlte an nichts.

Die Treppe ins obere Stockwerk war sehr steil. Für ältere Menschen nicht gut geeignet. Die Terrasse war sehr gross. Leider fehlte es an einem Sonnenschirm der einen auch bei leichtem Regen etwas schützen könnte. Der Holzbelag war bei Nässe sehr glatt. Sturzgefahr.

Größe des Hauses und Garten sehr angenehm. Preis ein Wahnsinn

Es war wirklich nicht sauber… nur drüberwischen ist kein reinigen. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen etc, Staub und Schmutz in Ecken. Das Spielzeug ist auch sehr dreckig. Und es ist feucht im Haus, es gibt mehrere Wasserflecken. Achtung bei Asthmatiker bzw allergischen Personen

Trotz kleiner Widrigkeiten habe ich mich gut erholt.

Der Gastgeber hat schnell auf mein Problem mit der Lademöglichkeit für das E-Auto geantwortet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Und wenn ich es auch nicht gebraucht habe, die Waschmaschine mit Trockenmöglichkeit im Keller fand ich auch super. Trotz direkter Nähe zur B75 (man kommt also schnell an die Ostsee), ist es ruhig. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 minütiger Fahrentfernung und sogar das Schwimmbad von Kücknitz.

Das ganze Haus macht einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Die dreckige Terrasse und die verrotteten Gartensessel gehen gar nicht. Duschtür mit Klebeband repariert?? Kahle Wände mit ein paar wenigen Bildchen dekoriert. Also, da geht noch mehr und mit ein bisschen Liebe könnte das Haus einen schönen Aufenthalt bieten. Und um nochmal auf die Lademöglichkeit zu kommen. Wenn bei der Ausstattung diese explizit angegeben wird, erwarte ich eigentlich eine Wallbox und keine Aussensteckdose auf der Terrasse.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Das Haus war sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr gut, im Schlafzimmer stand ein Babyreisebett und es stand nicht viel Deko rum, was gerade bei unserer sehr neugierigen Tochter sehr gut war. :) Es gab drei Kisten mit Legospielzeug was bei der Kleinen sehr gut ankam.

Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Kinderhochstuhl. Unsere Tochter (ca.2,5 Jahre alt), musste auf mehreren Kissen sitzen, damit sie an die Tischplatte rankam.
