Tired apartment but roomy, lovely balcony

Good location, nice pool, lovely gardens

The duvets and pillows were dirty and the room smells, typical of an elderly person's dwelling, soft furnishings all need a very good clean. After ventilation it did improve. The bedding was changed for us and the linen we had forgotten to order was swiftly sorted for us. We enjoyed our stay, the complex is quiet and pool, sauna room lovely. Regular bus service and train. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom small but good. Kitchenette good and lots of crockery and utensils.

Loved the facilities (good size per apartment, useful kitchenette, was equipped with everything that we needed but nothing too much (also good balance of a little deco to make it homely, but not too much). Very friendly host, who helped us out whenever we needed something (e.g., accidentally locked ourselves out of a room with a small child and the host immediately helped us out - thank you!)

All areas prepared by the host were top notch clean, but unfortunately the previous visitors forgot to take out some trash in one of the kitchen bins and the dishes in another kitchen had to be cleaned again by us when we arrived... please remember to return the things you use in a clean manner dear fellow visitors :)

Schöne Wohnung, gute Zuganbindung

Wir haben eine kleine Einzimmerwohnung und eine etwas größere Einzimmerwohnung, für unsere Freunde, gemietet. Beide Wohnungen waren gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Für unseren Bedarf war Geschirr und Kochgeschirr in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Bei dem Klappbett in unserer Wohnung war ich erst unsicher, ob man darin gut schläft, aber es war wirklich bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben uns in unserer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unsere Freunde in der 2. Wohnung haben sich nur positiv geäußert. Es gab in der Wohnung unserer Freunde ein Problem mit der Heizung. Nach einer kurzen Mail, hat sich der Eigentümer sofort persönlich gemeldet und umgehend die Reparatur veranlasst. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und um am Wohl seiner Gäste interessiert. Die Lage der Wohnungen ist durch die Bahnhofsnähe optimal. Wir haben die gesamte Woche unser Auto stehen gelassen und die Bahn genutzt. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Zug am Hafen oder am Strand, auch ein Ausflug nach Lübeck war mit dem Zug problemlos.

Entspannter Urlaub in toller, sauberer Wohnung

Tolle und komfortable und sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Von Spülmaschine mit Tabs bis hin zu Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, Schwämme und Geschirr Handtücher war einfach alles da. Tolle voll ausgestattete Küche mit zusätzlicher nespresso Maschine. Das Bad klein aber tolle große Dusche mit Föhn. Das Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank und super bequemen 2 einzelnen Matratzen. Das wohn/Esszimmer schön ausgestattet mit kleinen Details was es sehr gemütlich macht. Ein Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen und Sitz Auflagen sind auch vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang gekennzeichnet mit der Apartment Nummer sodass jeder seinen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Sauna kostet 6 mal 0,50€ und ein Schwimmbad ist auch mit im Haus was allerdings viel zu kalt war. Die Schlüssel Übergabe funktionierte super unkompliziert über einen Safe. Zwei sehr moderne Fahrstühle machen das hoch bringen von Gepäck viel leichter.

Es gab nur zwei Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt eine richtige Verdunklung vorhanden war nur ein helles Plissee was das Licht nicht gut abhält. In der Dusche war nur eine Mini Ablage die könnte etwas größer sein. Und wie oben schon beschrieben war das Schwimmbad viel zu kalt.

Schönes, sauberes Appartment in guter Lage

Sehr ruhiges Haus, trotz vieler Appartments. Schwimmbad im Haus, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Appartment mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich, Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.

Alles bestens, man muss nur wissen, dass die Lage etwas außerhalb ist ( es fährt allerdings ein Bus) und man am besten ein Fahrrad mitbringt, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Die Parkplätze im Ort sind extrem teuer!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Möglichkeit den Pool zu nutzen und die Gegend war natürlich sehr schön, wer Travemünde kennt weiß wovon wir reden.

Das APP war nicht sauber wir haben überall Krümel gefunden, auf dem Balkon waren Fußnägel vom Vormieter?! Die Ausstattung reicht zum Überleben, dass bett war sehr durchgelegen. Staub und spinnengewebe waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Im poolbereich fehlte es auch an Sauberkeit. Die Einweisung zum APP war ein kurzes Gespräch Am Tresen vom Empfang, das wars. Am Samstag morgen wurden wir geweckt von Bohrmaschinengeräuschen. Aus diesem Grund sind wir einen Tag früher abgefahren. Wer keine Ansprüche hat - dem würde das wohl reichen. Wir werden es nicht nochmal anmieten.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Platz, kleiner Balkon, nur 3km bis zur Promenade an der Travemündung - mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen

Bei offenem Fenster war es zu hören, dass die Schiffe entladen wurden, spätabends und morgens. Es gibt nur einen Eingang, unsere Wohnung lag am anderen Ende.

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Balkon. Das Nötigste, was man zum Kochen braucht, war vorhanden. Eine Spülmaschine gab es dort zwar nicht, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung ist für ein paar Tage Entspannung an der Küste für zwei Leute vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage war sehr gut.

Es gab nur einen Mülleimer in der Wohnung. Aber auf dem Hof der Ferienwohnunganlage gab es dennoch für Restmüll, Plastik und Pappe verschiedene Tonnen, wovon wir auch nur durch Zufall von einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erfahren haben, als wir nach etwas anderem fragten. Um in der Wohnung selber vernünftig trennen zu können, muss man also kreativ werden. Das sollte sich ändern und es sollten den Gästen drei kleine Mülleimer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Und im Vorfeld könnten die Gäste auch darüber informiert werden, dass das WLAN Passwort sich in einem Bilderrahmen in der FeWo befindet. Normalerweise stehen die Zugangsdaten ja immer auf einem Zettel, der irgendwo im Zimmer liegt. Und was auch alles andere als schön war, war der Pool in der Anlage. Der war leider nicht beheizt und daher eiskalt. Sehr schade, da wir das schlechte Wetter an einem Tag zum Schwimmen nutzen wollten. Außerdem hieß es, dass im Gegensatz zur Saunanutzung, die Nutzung des Pools nichts kostet. Aber um seine Kleidung wegschließen zu können, musste man 1€ dafür zahlen. Die Sauna hätte übrigens 4x 50 Cent gekostet, was ich auch nur durch Zufall von dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erfahren habe. Könnte man im Vorfeld eigentlich auch mal kommunizieren.

Schwimmbad . Gute Aussicht. Gute Busverbindung nach Travemünde. WLAN war sehr gut.

Küche war nicht nicht richtig sauber. Herdgrill u. Kaffeemaschine waren verschmutzt.. Auf dem Balkon lag ein altes hartes Brötchen.

Nepatiko, kad jau susimokėje už apartamentus dar turėjome papildomai užsisakyti pataline ir susimokėti. Nes keliaujantys žmonės tikrai nesivežioja su savimi pataliniu. Pirma karta taip, kur kiek esame bevažiave ir užsisake apartamentus patalinės budavo.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Wir hatten das Appartement 309. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr nett, die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Wohnzimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick zum Hafen. Auch die Hausbewohner sind sehr nett und offen zu den Urlaubsgästen.

Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Der Müllraum könnte eine Reinigung vertragen.

War gut und wir waren positiv überrascht.

Die Wohnung war von der Größe her überraschend, Balkon mit dieser riesigen Wiese war für Vogelfreunde, wie mich, sehr interessant. Ein Mövenkind lebte dort und wurde versorgt.Es gab auch Entwicklungsfortschritte zu beobachten...Arbeite als ehemalige Gymnasiallehrerin ehrenamtlich im Zoo Magdeburg. Erhalten Sie diese Idylle dort.Ein tolles Urlaubshaus mit so vielen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Partyraum, Pool...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft weiter

Ok verblijf maar eenmalig

Rustige locatie. Appartement bevind zich in een gebouw waar mensen constant wonen. App. Ziet er gezellig uit en alles aanwezig voor een paar dagen vakantie.

Accommodatie ligt op het noorden dus koud in voorjaar. Was ook niet heel schoon. Misschien zijn het privé appartementjes een zijn anderen schoner. Ruimte waar wasmachine staat, konden wij niet in met onze sleutel. Parkeerplaats ligt op 150/200 meter van de ingang van het gebouw dus als je slecht ter been bent niet zo handig.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen, und man konnte mit mehreren Buslinien in alle Richtungen fahren.

Die Ferienwohnung war vollkommen ausreichend, das Bad wie auch andere Elemente der Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer hatte eine Vielzahl von Rissen. Die kleinen Lämpchen über dem Badezimmerspiegel sind ein Witz. Die Senderbelegung des TV,s ist arg verbesserungswürdig, wie auch die Qualität des Bildes.

Schön ruhig entspannen

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat einem Mann nichts gefehlt, was die Ausstattung angeht der Zimmer, das parken war kostenlos und es gab ein Schwimmbad aber

Das Schwimmbad war nicht sehr doll beheizt. Man musste sich an das er kälter Wasser gewöhnen. Einem wurde ne Kurtaxe verkauft obwohl die Saison schon zu Ende war. Die Lage ist okay man muss ein kleines Stück laufen und kann dann mit der Bahn fahren oder man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Im Ort selbst gibt es keine wirkliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten da muss man mobil sein.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Appartement war sehr schön. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Wohngegend. Die Lage ist auch super. Eine Minute bis zum Bus und dann nur 5 Min. Fahrzeit ist man an der Promenade. Der Pool war das Highlight. Top👍

Leider waren die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Die Schlafcouch in der Stube war sehr sehr hart und man konnte sie nicht ausziehen. Nur die Armlehnen konnte man runterklappen, so dass man Liegefläche hat. Internet ging in der ganzen Zeit nicht! Und es war definitiv keine Störung.

Ich komme nicht nochmal

Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Schlüssel im Safe. Kein Wäschepaket vorhanden. Batterien für Fernbedienung am Fernseher nicht mehr tauglich. Am nächsten Tag selbst gekauft. Die Wohnung war verstaubt. Glühbirne in der Nachttischlampe kaputt .
