Highly recommended

Very nice and quiet place to stay for a weekend or even longer. The house was super cute and clean, with a nice kitchen and cosy terrace. The check-in was very easy. There is a parking space, Edeka is 5 min walk, the beach is 7 min walk. We can only recommend it, very comforting place!

The pillows were too big for us, but it is a meter of taste.

Pleasant

Owners are very friendly and helpful, we were picked up at the trainstation, we could leave our luggages after check out, etc. Location is close to the beach, but still pretty far from the popular and busy Timmerdorfer strand.

Price did not include bed cover and towel, extra 20eur per person. Not suitable for short stay.

Großzügige Heimlichkeiten, die auch einen längeren Aufenthalt komfortabel möglich gemacht hatten!

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Wir konnten sie gar nicht so richtig nutzen, da wir nur zwei Tage da waren und das Wetter ist auch nicht so richtig hergegeben hat. Aber die Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf jeden Fall fußläufig.

Die Wärmepumpe ist recht laut. Zumindest jetzt im Winter auch innen deutlich hörbar. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir sind daran gewöhnt. Allerdings für sensible Gemüter wahrscheinlich gewöhnungsbedürftig…

Das Einzige was noch gefehlt hätte wäre ein Ofen und eine Spülmaschine, hat aber für den Aufenthalt vollkommen ausgereicht

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub an der See verbringen möchte, ist genau richtig.

An dem Ferienhaus hat uns gefallen, das alles sauber war und es außer an einem Backofen, an nichts gefehlt hat, was man für die ersten Tage benötigt. Staubsauger kann man sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum holen. Edeka ist 2 Minuten entfernt und der Strand keine 5 Minuten.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Ledercouch ist zwar aus hygienischer Sicht praktisch aber zum sitzen nicht unser Fall. Der Spalt an der Terrassentür ist bei kälteren Jahreszeiten sehr ungünstig.

Gemütlich eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut gelegen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Einkaufen.

Schöne große ,helle Ferienwohnung

Die schöne helle Wohnung, ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Strand befindet sich 5 min Fußweg entfernt, genauso der nächste Supermarkt ( Edeka) . Preis Leistung stimmt und wir können die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Der Service von der Hausverwalterin war exzellent, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Nur zu empfehlen. Die Lage der immobilie war top, direkt bei der Kirche und nur kurze Wege zum Strand und zum einkaufen. Gepflegte Wohnung in Top Lage. immer wieder gerne.

Ein ganz toller Wohlfühlurlaub im „Ausblick“ von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute. Frau Steffien und ihr Team haben sogar noch am Abreisetag ein runtergefallenes Kleidungsstück aus der Dachrinne geborgen, ein extra Dankeschön dafür:-)

Ogólnie obiekt ładny i czysty. Polecam - poza pokojem Ausguck

Pensjonat bardzo czysty, pani która sie nim opiekuje bardzo miła, telefon odbierała zawsze gdy dzwoniłam. Położenie świetne. Blisko do plaży i sklepu

Pokój "ausguck" - wybierając apartament zależało nam na przestrzeni i koniecznie sypialni. Taki pokój tez wybraliśmy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że mamy jedno pomieszczenie: kuchnia, salon i sypialnia (oddzielona tylko niskim murkiem). Także przebywaliśmy w jednym niedużym pomieszczeniu gdzie słyszeliśmy nawet lodówkę. Schody prowadzące do pokoju są bardzo strome i jest bardzo wąsko. Ze schodów wchodzi się prosto do pokoju. Nie ma nawet miejsca żeby postawić walizkę i otworzyć drzwi, to jest niebezpieczne. Zgłosiliśmy Pani że to nie ten pokój który zamówiliśmy, Pani odpowiedziała, że ten pokój to właśnie ten zamówiony. Tą sprawę będziemy wyjaśniać bezpośrednio z Booking. Dodam, że inne pokoje i domki są prawdopodobne przestronne a dostał nam się ten jeden, którego nie braliśmy pod uwagę.

Wem Ruhe nicht wichtig ist, der hat den perfekten Urlaubsort

Die Wohnung war noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Man kann sich in der Garage für wenig Geld Toilettenpapier und Küchentücher kaufen. Wenn die Wände nicht dünn wie Papier wären, wäre es der perfekte Urlaubsort um sich zu erholen. Man kommt fußläufig zum Strand, zu Restaurants, zu Edeka und verschiedenen Bäckern. Selbst die Sauberkeit war mir (in der Küche) noch nicht genug aber ich bin da auch kein Maßstab für. Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen habe ich mich dort von der Sauberkeit viel wohler gefühlt. Familien mit Kindern sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Hunde sind (eingeschränkt)ebenfalls Willkommen.

Man kam leider nie zur Ruhe. Ständiger Lärm von den anderen vermieteten Einheiten. Die Wände sind gefühlt nur aus Papier. Ausruhen oder durchschlafen war leider nie möglich.

Gutes Wetter, viel Rad gefahren, schöner Urlaub

Die Lage war gut, kurze Wege zum Strand, Einkaufen. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch, der auch in der Bekleidung zurückblieb. Die Stufen zur Küche und zum Bad fanden in der Beschreibung u. auf den Bildern keinerlei Erwähnung. Die abgebildete Terrasse war die vom Nachbarn. Die an den Fenstern angebrachten Fliegengitter hingen teilweise lose im Rahmen und haben nur eine Fensterhälfte abgedeckt. Uns haben die Mücken trotzdem gestochen.
