Great stay!

Very good space for a large family. Well located near the train station and many tourist attractions. A wonderful place to rest after a long day of walking.

It was a little confusing how to enter the apartment and required good internet service. But it worked out fine.

Spacious, light and comfortable apartment very close to Roma Termini station and restaurants.

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very large living/ dining area. High ceilings and big windows so quite a bit of light. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size too. Kitchen was well equipped with microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as other gadgets. All check-in was done online including accessing the apartment via phone, which was easy to do. The apartment is literally a 5 min walk from the Roma Termini station exit which is very convenient if you are doing train trips while in Rome. Although close to the station it is not in the immediate vicinity of the station but on a parallel street hence not noisy.

Bar soaps would have been nice to have although not a big deal. They provided small pouches with hotel-size toiletries including liquid soap.

Excellent stay for a family in a strategic location

Perfect accommodation for a family of 5-8 Spacious and well equipped, just like a home away from home. Security is excellent with electronic locks. 2-3mins walk to Termini station and eateries around so location can’t get any better.

The shower drain hole of the attached bathroom in the double bedroom was clogged

Receptionist at hotel on arrival was very grumpy and rude when asked for location of apartment. Hot water was very hot and miss and showers often cold. When showers on boiler sounded like a jumbo jet engine

We highly recommend this property - especially for large families.

Very lovely and comfortable apartment located only a 3 minute walk from the Termini train and bus station. Our large family of 7 enjoyed every minute of our stay; especially since we stayed in Rome during the current extreme heat wave (40 degree heat outside), but were also able to return to a comfortable apartment with several showers and great air conditioning. 🥳

On our third day at the apartment there was a problem with the gas water heater, but management gave us instructions as to how to fix the issue and the problem was solved. The same problem appeared on our final morning in the apartment, but by this time we knew how to fix it.

Very good location around 300 meters from Termini central station.

AC of one of the rooms was out of service on the first day of the stay. They informed us on the day of arrival and fixed it on next day. Some water was drifting from the ACs in other rooms as well, also there was a bad smell in one of the washroom, maybe from the gutter.

The front desk at the hotel downstairs was exceptionally rude, and would not help us enter the (keyless entry) building without the apartment owner present & wouldn’t speak to anyone from best rent !!! The air conditioners were leaking and we needed more towels and nobody ever showed up to address either situation -

Location, space, air-conditioning and apartment accessibility The location is excellent and accessible. It is a 2-3mins walking distance to the station. There are plenty of restaurants, street goodies and shops to choose. Close to supermarkets. The space of the apartment is excellent for 6-8 persons. All bedrooms including living room are provided with split type airconditioning that fits best on our summer getaway. The apartment is accessible for handicapped people.

There is a fouling odour in the toilet and bath inside the small bedroom. The shower in the middle bathroom has insufficient water pressure with a limited hot water supply.

Beware!

The apartment was dirty and poorly supplied ( when we asked for more toilet paper they actually said they only give for the 1st day!). There is a foul odor throughout the place. The door lock is operated by an App and is very difficult to use. The building is shared with a cheap hotel. The lobby is filthy. The neighborhood is dirty and dangerous just 1 block from the Termini train station. The only positive is it accommodates many people at a cheap price but in retrospect you can do much better elsewhere.

Very good location and cozy apartment. Kitchenette was good, a few extra glasses for wine would be good thing.

Lightning in the living room could be better, only two corner lapms and no light in the hallway and by entrance door. Having a bathroom accessible for people with special needs it's a very good thing, although it would be nice if shower in it works properly.

Excellent apartment. Clean with everything we needed. Great location.

Entry in the the apartment is a hassle. You must use a cell phone app. You must have an internet connection before you can use the apartment wifi. It has n electronic door lock. No one available to provide assistance unless you make a phone call which you can't do unless you have a phone able to make international calls.

Przyjechałabym jeszcze raz z dużą ekipą

Lokalizacja jest super pod kątem komunikacji- stąd wszędzie dojdziesz i dojedziesz, więc to na ogromny plus, byłyśmy grupą 7 osób i 3 łazienki też na ogromny plus. Pokoje schludne.

Słabo działająca klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi i niewygodne łóżko - dostawka, ale można było spać w salonie, gdzie było super. Przy tylu osobach woda w kranach była zaledwie letnia, ale w gorącym Rzymie to niewielki problem.

Día de terror y abuso en renta de apartamento en Roma."El MEJOR "😡 ..

Pésima experiencia abusiva por parte de la empresa, proceso extorsión en contra personas de tercera edad. No atendían por no depositar la garantía, la que no se podía hacer por problemas de Internet en tren , siendo que estaba 100% cancelada, Les dijimos que nos retractabamos desde el día anterior a la reserva, no aceptando la solicitud, posición engorrosa para presionar por la obligación de quedarnos y no buscar otra opción. Hecho comentado al sr que nos atendió, a que nos devolviera el depósito, doble valor con respecto al mismo edificio que estábamos, consultamos en el primer piso y la mitad del valor que nos cobraron, valor muy superior a nivel de un hotel de lujo.

Posición abusiva, de extorsión, causando gran estrés a personas mayores por horas, incluso subida de presión y azúcar en la sangre, después de cumplir con el proceso extorsión por parte de la persona a cargo Andrea que nos hablaba en español. Luego hecho todos los pagos que nos exigían para darnos la llave, No abría la puerta por ser chapa eléctrica y con códigos, volvimos a insistir vía telefónica para que nos áyudaran, y como burla nos dice después de mucho rato, que nos abriría desde su oficina?????, lo que nos hizo sacar conclusiones de una joda, solo por no haber depositado anticipado la garantía, Además muy poco seguro formato enviar datos abiertos que se pueden repetir para estafa, copias de pasaportes y tarjetas. Aún no devuelven la garantía, en ningún hotel nos habían pedido eso y han sido varios tanto en España, Chile, Italia. Y los que nos falta por recorrer hasta el 1 de julio.

Está todo nuevo y limpio, tuvimos un problema con dos de los lavamanos y enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo. La mesa del comedor merece mención aparte, es genial para un grupo de 7 como éramos nosotros.
