We loved our stay at the K.K. House.
1. The location was pretty convenient to the train station. About 10 minutes of walk.
2. The inside of the building was clean and neat. Cute decorations. Our room was clean and cozy.
3. There was a family mart nearby and a laundrymat next door if you want to wash clothes fast.
4. The nightly rate was good.
5. The staff was very responsive to all inquiries.
A few things I wish were a little more convenient or better:
1. The room didn't have enough space for luggages. We only have 2 medium-sized ones and 2 backpacks.
2. Kitchen is on the first floor. So if you want to make food, you have to go there. We were at the 3rd floor at the time of lodging. So a microwave inside the room would be nice if we came home late and just wanted a quick warmed food.
3. The bed in the attic space is not big enough for our 2 kids. However, we made it worked.

This was a wonderful little stay! It was located less than a 10-minute walk from several train stations and was a great place to home base while we explored many parts of Osaka! Check-in was simple, the facilities were clean, and it was a perfect spot for a short stay. It was super close to several nice convenience stores and some amazing eateries. They also left their Netflix log-in for us so we could watch TV at the end of the day!
It wasn't too much of an issue for us, but because the bed is lofted, I wouldn't recommend this stay for people over 6' tall. My partner is 5'11", and if he were any taller, he would have bumped his head constantly. But if you're careful and down to brave the steep little ladder, it should be a non-issue!
