The location was superb for our little friend group.
There's a 7/11 right under the apartment for extra convenience.
We had a smoker with us and you could smoke in front of the 7/11 (Given it had an ashtray outside at that time)
Its a 10 ish minute walk to a big train station.
It was rather cramped, which was mostly fine for us given we were outside of the apartment more than inside it.
There was a small table with 4 chairs, we were with 6 people. There were more chairs inside of some closets but they were all broken in some way.

Location was good and above a 7-11. (lifeline!!)
Nice neighborhood with interesting places.
The building was old. The lights in two of the rooms weren't functioning at night, so that was a cause of discomfort.
