Ubicación excelente, apenas 7 minutos andando de la estación de Shin-Osaka. Anfitrión muy atento para solventar cualquier duda.
La limpieza. Estaban limpias las partes más visibles del apartamento y el baño. Pero se notaba que no han hecho una limpieza en profundidad desde hace tiempo.

Schöne und recht große Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Shin-Osaka mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermarkt 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. In der Wohnung alles da, was man braucht. (Küche, Waschmaschine, WiFi, Dusche & Klimaanlage). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieteter ging völlig problemlos. Preis/Leistung echt super. Platz für 4 Personen, aber mit großen Koffern muss man etwas improvisieren.

部屋は綺麗に掃除してありました。
給湯器がうまく使えなく、シャワー中途中で水になり大変でした。 箱ティッシュの残量の確認が出来て無く、連絡して補充してもらいました。 TVが小さいのはいいのですが、壁にかけてあると見やすいと思いました。

Apartament ampli i ben equipat, còmode. Els gestors ens van contestar ràpid i amablement als dubtes.
L'apartament està una mica tronat. Proper a Shin-Osaka però allunyat del centre de la ciutat. No s'inclou sabó per la roba. La selecció de residus és molt complexa
