立地がとても便利で、数分歩けば電車の駅に到着できます。
駅のすぐ近くですが、電車の走行音はほとんど気になりませんでした。
お部屋も広く、コスパも良いので、複数人での宿泊にはとても適していると思います。
お部屋はあまり清潔ではなく、特に床の汚れが気になりました。
また、使い捨てスリッパが備え付けられておらず、その点が少し不便でした。

The location was good not far from shin Osaka station, good directions given to find it. Convenience store next door. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and large fridge. The bed and bedding was comfortable.
No sharp knives made even cutting an apple difficult. Having the room set up as a triple meant that there was little space. It all felt a bit “tired“.

とにかくロケーションが便利過ぎる！新大阪の東口からすぐ！隣にローソンがあるのも良い！数人で食事が出来るリビングに、寝室がふた部屋に分かれており、広々ベッド、タオル類を余分に準備されているのもめちゃめちゃ良かった！必要な家具、電子機器全て揃っている！
フローリングの掃除があまいのか、靴下で過ごしていたら靴下の底が結構汚れた😂お風呂の排水溝の流れが若干悪かった💦欲を言えば、洗濯用洗剤も備え付けだとより有り難かった！←隣のローソンで洗剤すぐ購入出来ました💯

床褥很舒服，冷氣足夠，地方足夠，開2個行李箱仲有位行，近新大阪東口，穿過日本語學校捷徑快2分鐘，用JR pass 去神戶京都很方便。看過評語，樓下買洗衣球300 円還好，但要買埋牙刷牙膏洗面液。這個價錢可以接受，很滿意。
wifi 第四晚連不到，要用自己網絡。
