This location nearby Shin- Osaka station very convenient and easy to find out flowing host guidelines. The room is quite large and comfort for group 4 people
Sometime have a bad smell from toilet and kitchen. May be it came from the drainage system. But it’s not strong and not often.

7人で泊まれて料金も安く、一階にコンビニ、駅近、とても良かったです。また、管理者さんに何度かお問い合わせすることがありましたが、お返事も早く丁寧にご対応いただき安心しました。今回は万博・USJ・大阪観光で2泊3日で利用させていただきました。
多少の古さとホコリっぽさは感じました。

下にセブンイレブンがあるところ
古すぎる。 トイレの壁紙がカビだらけで剥がれているし、お風呂もコンクリートの側溝が剥き出しの古いつくりで、快適に過ごせたとは言えなかった。
