①最寄り駅やバス停も徒歩圏内で とても便利だし、スーパー・コンビニ・飲食店も沢山あるので何不自由なく過ごせます✨🌷✨ ②長期泊でもお値段はリーズナブル🌸
①トイレにサニタリーボックスが無い💦 ②7階のお部屋と違い、玄関を開けると直ぐに寝室なので 境目にカーテンなどがあると不快感は半減するのでは・・・

Very comfortable beds, great shower, well equipped kitchen, 10 min walk to tenjinbashisuji train station, good WiFi, elevator, large supermarket next door, Tenjinbashisuji shopping mall next to station (2.6Km long!), washer and dryer, Truckin Cafe for breakfast (lovely lady who runs it), Housing Museum was a hidden gem well worth a visit and next to station. Inexpensive base to explore Osaka and Kyoto.
Mainly minor, not much natural light, no coat hooks in hallway, no towel hooks in bathroom and toilet, no full length mirror. Main bedroom was originally the living room I imagine, If the space could be reconfigured to a bedroom and living room it would work better.

広い　近くにコインパーキングがある（2泊3日で3800円）　遅くまでやってるスーパーがすぐ近く（夜12時まで）　梅田から近い（タクシー1100円で帰ってこられた）　テレビが大きい（65インチくらいある）　とにかく安い　基本的には清潔
洗面所がカビ臭い（消臭を、買って少し改善）　 せっかく清潔でもカビ臭いせいで、清潔を疑って過ごした 部屋の鍵が一つで、落としたら終わり　基本100均製品で固めていて、質は良くない　トイレのトイレットペーパーのコロコロ取れかけてる お風呂のお湯は昔ながらの調整式　くつろげるところにテレビがない（ダイニングが食事スペース？）　洗濯機はカビが付く
