Spacious and comfortable room with very comfortable beds.
The location is very convenient and close to the subway station.
It was very good for a weeklong stay in Osaka.
It takes a very long time to get hot water in the shower in the morning.
We couldn't find the washing machine. It was on the verandah behind closed curtains.

Lots of beds, so you can pick and choose where you want to sleep. we were only 2 people. Comfy beds. space for 6 people.
good location close to train station and the castle.
Good towels
Nice and clean
aircon works well.
there is no hooks to hang wet towels.
Nothing to dry dishes with.
2 forks or one, cant remember, no teaspoons, 2 big spoons and 1 spread knife. 6 people can sleep so that makes no sense. there is pans and pots but nothing to stir food with. random amounts of crockery.
No space to pack our groceries. induction stove really doesnt work great.

No breakfast as part of this booking
The bathroom tap did not have water but this was later corrected. Details regarding check in was shared very very late with us only upon starting our travel. This could have been shared earlier so that any traveller ends up worrying less.

Next to a mall and train station. I like how it did have a private bedroom and roomy for my family if 4. The place was clean and very affordable.
The Bathroom are outdated and there was no washing machine since it was getting repaired. Usually rooms have a washer and a dryer in the bathroom, but it didn’t have either of them. The room only had 1 sink.
