The location was in a quiet neighborhood within a couple minutes walk to stores and izikayas, with just a bit longer to the train stations, but only a few more minutes. The house was clean and well stocked with whatever we may have needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious, as we only 4 staying with six beds available. If there were more people with more luggage, it may have felt more cramped.

The lockbox which held the key was a difficult to get into; you have to hold the lock and the button down as you turn the dials to the correct numbers. Quite aggravating when it's pouring rain and you just want to sit down and rest after a long day. Also, with multiple people in the house, trash piled quickly. I didn't like that we weren't allowed to move it outside to a different bin. The instruction told us to put it in the hallway, which was narrow, or call a number to come and pick it up. We made do for the few days we were there. Lastly, I stayed on the main floor beds and i had one pillow that smelled like stale urine. I just used the other available pillows.

Our overall stay was excellent. The place was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the beds were very comfortable. It was also conveniently located near grocery stores, market and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pleasant 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

The house has three bed rooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The kitchen is well equipped. There are a couple of good supermarkets and metro stations nearby. Walking to Dotonbori takes about 20 minutes.

The ground floor is a bit dark. But I think this is quite normal in Japan.
