    everything is wonderfull. there is also a space between the front door and the kitchen for us to pray. i like it here and i would like to stay again if i get the chance next time. thank you merbabu stay osaka for your hospitality eventhough we did not get to see any staff there. :)

    Everything was great. But they need to work on the check in process. Self-checking in with internet had some issues when we tried to use Agoda booking confirmation. Other than that exceptional stay.

    Newer facility with modern features such as bed, furniture, washer, however, few key details made this experience one we would not return to. Lights in the unit are generally sensor throughout which means the room goes from blackout to fully on in the middle of the night when you get up to use the bathroom. This is problematic for those who have trouble falling back asleep. A message to the property yielded no response for days until the day before check out with a recommended workaround to cover the sensor on the ceilings. This appeared a moot point as a typical traveler would not have tools or materials to complete such a task. Additionally the towels were likely new but of lower quality causing excessive lint to rub off and onto your face/body which resulted in small traces stuck to the face after each use. Lastly, those sensitive to dust may need to beware as this property was the sole property we experienced allergies during our stay in Japan.
