Highly recommended hotel for its location, super helpful staff, cleanliness. The hotel is less than 10mins walk from Honmachi station. Along the way, there are convenience stores, Family Mart, Daily Yamazaki. Also small local restaurants. 10mins walk to Yodoyobashi Terrace for the free superb city view. The staffs are super friendly & helpful. They have coin laundry but it is always very busy. However, there is a coin laundry Kasuga 1 min walk away from hotel. Super convenient. Shinsaibashi shopping street is just 15mins walk away & Dotonbori is the other end of Shinsaibashi shopping street. There are quite good cafes around too. I must mention the social hub next to the front desk. It's very comfortable for anyone who wants to eat/drink/hang out. Drinking water/coffee/tea are provided. There are also a microwave & toaster to hit up your food. It has many tables & chairs. The place is kept very clean & tidy. We were a family of 10 so the place was perfect for us to spend time together. Very relaxing. This is one feature which I have not seen in other hotels. Well done Garner Hotel!

Stayed 4 nights. Staff are great, everywhere is spotless. Room was small. It's a double room and there was really nowhere for me to put my rucksack. Squeezed out in the corner in the floor. No breakfast option but they have a fully service common area which a lot of guests used for eating

The standard rooms are tiny. The blinds they have don't block the sunlight, very annoying. The toilet and bathroom small. The staff is unwelcoming and made the whole experience bad. Pretending your credit card doesn't work, putting you in the smallest rooms they have. And an overall terrible attitude.
