    Very disappointing 5 days here. Rates misrepresented and over charged by 12% quote. Bad communication. Too many staff members at front desk offering no help and NO English. Dispute with outsourced laundry company …NO initiative or responsibility taken on hotel’s behalf knowing it badly reflects on them. All over a TINY amount of money but lack of principles and moral judgement reigned supreme . NO leadership by anyone… never a boss on site in 5 days. Terrible and will never recommend this huge chain.
