The room was really clean and very confortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. I loved it. If i ever visit Osaka again i will stay here!

Hotel is in a very good location. Not for from the subway station and good coffee shops nearby. However, rooms are very small. Me and my husband had to change to a twin room just to get our luggage in as there was hardly any space to walk about in the double room. Rooms are nice and clean

Room is kind of dusty. My girlfriend was itchy all the time. Other than that, it is as good as my previous visit.
