The condo was clean and spacious. Easy to check in and out. Great location with easy subway access. We would definitely stay here again!

Great area for wandering around. Space was clean and large by Japanese standards.

Is very hard to communicate as self check in process.
I received a fake email tie day before the check in says my booking canceled. As in Japan very limited English knowledge it is very hard to communication
There is a line but as we not having sim (only use WhatsApp) hard to communication
It is really frustrating that situation as no way to contact hotel directly
Finally I chat with Wotif team and find my reservation is ok
But as no one to contact quickly is very big issue when need.

Nice hotel with kitchenette/laundry and living space aside from beds. Well situated.
