Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Just the way I imagine Japanese people would be. They offered free bar from 7-10pm which we all really enjoyed after the long day sightseeing. Definitely return when I go back to Osaka. Hope they keep this services.
The air conditioning were quite noisy and a bit damp smell but I stayed the hotest summer time in August. I kind of understood where it comes from. Could repair the air conditioner or replace or even clean it properly.

Big windows with a View from the beds.
The AC makes the bed linen and duves really wet and moist. Really uncomfortable when you are going to sleep.
They have a course breakfast. So you can’t choose your own like a buffet. Never had something like that before, and fun to try, but after a few days the buffet is missed.
