Good value for the money, great service from extremely helpful and friendly staff! Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Also great location in Umeda ward. We stayed 6 nights and did many day trips from here for which the close-by stations (Umeda, Osaka Station) are perfect starting points and are within walking distance. Also loads of great food options in the area!
The AC occasionally gave off quite an unpleasant smell, often when it reached the set temperature but the ventilation remained on.

Big windows with a View from the beds.
The AC makes the bed linen and duves really wet and moist. Really uncomfortable when you are going to sleep.
They have a course breakfast. So you can’t choose your own like a buffet. Never had something like that before, and fun to try, but after a few days the buffet is missed.
