We staying in a superior twin room with 2 adults and 1 child. The room was spacious for the location / price. Having complimentary drinks and pastries in the morning was a lovely bonus. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job making up our room on day 2. The front desk and bar staff were all wonderful and their friendly manner and daily greetings made the stay all the more enjoyable. We had no issue with noise (we weren't in a room facing city side). The location is super convenient being close to Osaka and Umeda Stations.
Would also highly recommend taking airport limousine bus to Kansai Airport after hotel stay. Simple, close walk - easy with luggage.
Will definitely stay at Tones Osaka again in the future!

Three of us were travelling and it was not easy finding a room for 3. The room was surprising spacious due to configuration of the room. The sitting area allowed us to eat our take away comfortably.

We choose this hotel for our group because of it’s new and close to Umeda Station.
We arrived the hotel in the late evening, the area around the hotel was full of people who come to bars and restaurants. Very noisy and dirty area compare to other area around Umeda.
Hotel receptions communicated well English and helpful.
The design of the hotel and rooms interior were raw and dark which might not be our group’s(60+) style.
The room was not small with spacious living area. However my bed was put into a tight corner, so difficult to get on and off.
We love breakfast here: fresh and tasty croissants with latte so good
