It was great to get the email with links to two very short videos that showed how to get into the lockbox and how to enter the building. What a great system, and so easy.
There was nothing wrong with the apartment or my stay at Maison Milano Nakatsu Apartment. It was recommended to me by relatives who have stayed there a few times, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers who are looking to stay in that area of Osaka.

The apartment was a little difficult to find at first since it's located in the alley behind the main street. The place was clean. Family Mart, 7-11, Bakery and general stores are conveniently located nearby. We walked around and realized it's very close to the train station, but we hardly heard the train when we were inside the apartment.
The instructions to retrieve the apartment key was confusing at first.

Location, very close to subway sration
Beds. Two oslf us as couple needed a two people bed. Not two seperated single beds. The bathroom shelf and sink were tilted and veey uncomforrable and not safe to use. Dryer in the coin laundry was so weak that running it twice ddn't dry most of clothes.
