5 minutes Shin-Osaka 9

Comfortable living area was spacious and fit four people very well. The bathrooms also were very clean and had a good amount of space. My group did not use the stovetop but the other appliances were in good condition. I liked the location, it was very nice to have a couple different convenient stores to choose from and the train stations were a short walk. The wifi had good connection and it was easy to find the password.

My group ate convenience store food for most of the days so we ended up with quite a bit of trash, the trashcans were not as large as I would've hoped and we also weren't sure were to dispose of full trashbags so the main area ended up more busy. The coindryer also did not dry my clothes as much as I was hoping and then trying to dry your clothes outside in the humidity was also not ideal, so a lot of our clothes ended up smelling musty by the end of our stay. Finally the fridge was a bit smaller than I expected so holding onto leftovers became hard.

Very comfortable, very clean, great location

Love how the living room and bedroom are separated, so anyone who wakes up early or sleeps late can hang out in the living room and not disturb those sleeping. Size is big enough to open luggage in the room. Super close to both JR and awaji stations, convenient.

There were no elevators so it was a bit of a hassle to carry our luggage up the stairs. Missing wall racks to hang clothes/towels in the bathroom.

not so clean. especially under things. The air filter had not been cleaned for weeks or maybe months. no bowls. no glasses. no knives. stains on floor in sleeping area. Broken bed supports and trash under bed. Safe non functional.
