Cosy and quiet location. Very easy to come and go, convenience store next door or 5-7 minute walk to nearest train station heading into the downtown area. Kitchen and laundry facility is a plus. Host was friendly and promptly answered any queries despite being offsite. Great for independent travellers.
Very minor but stairs to the bed are quite steep and could be difficult climb down for some people, although it was a nice perch and comfortable. Not unusual by Japanese standards however.

First of all, the beds are very comfortable. The room in general is relatively clean. With this price during high season, we think this place is a very value-to-money deal. It's a perfect place for a 1-2 persons stay with light luggages.
The wall and floor are very thin. One night we received a noise complaint from one of the guests anonymously. We believe it's the sound of our footsteps but the thing is we tried our best to be quiet but because the wall and floors are so thin, we unintentionally bother our neighboring guests.
Another point is the distance from the Shin-Osaka station. Although it's a ten-minutes walk per app, with your big luggage you could feel like you go on a hiking trail.

We like the cleanlines of the rooms. The location is surrounded by minimarkets. The kitchen is very lovely and the host borrow us the pocket wifi and that makes our travelling became so easy and comfortable. Loundry is very good, so that we thought we brought too much clothes. Thank you K K house Osaka. Hopefully I can stay there again one day.
I cant find anythings that make us uncomfortable.
