I truly enjoyed the property for its peaceful location surrounded by greenery, especially the relaxing view from my balcony. It was perfectly situated within a short walk to the beach, a small grocery shop, and a simple, authentic seafood restaurant. What made the stay even more memorable was the friendly and helpful owner Goran, whose excellent English and guidance added a personal touch to the experience.
Aspects to be aware of:
• The rooms are very clean, equipped with a studio kitchen that is sufficient though simple.
• The building is well made but not yet fully finished (“beauty works” still pending). Personally, I didn’t mind this at all — it didn’t affect the comfort of my stay.

What I liked most was the convenient location close to Kotor, the peaceful surroundings, and the well-equipped, clean apartment. The host was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations on what to do in the area and how to make the most of our stay.

I had a wonderful stay. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing experience, yet it’s still very close to the center. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. I would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect. The apartment is close to the beach and the bust stop. It's very quiet, cosy and clean. We enjoyed beautiful nature and the view from the balcony. Goran is a wonderful host!
