Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the unit suited our family needs well.

The Airbnb unit is spacious and located on the second floor. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host explained everything about the unit clearly, which we truly appreciated. We were able to use the kitchen to cook and enjoyed our meals comfortably.

The only point that slightly reduced our overall experience was that there is no elevator. Since our unit was on the second floor, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. With children, this was quite tiring, and we felt a little sorry seeing them manage their own bags. In addition, the lighting inside the unit was rather dim and yellowish. We personally prefer brighter white lighting, so this made us feel a bit less comfortable, although it may simply be a matter of personal preference.

i felt like at my home.

Location is great but if you have a car, it just takes 13 mimutes to kotor old town. The house is comfortable,quiet, pretty clean and it has a really amazing view. Biljana is a wonderful person, she is helpful and her hospitality was wonderful. This time i was with my fam but next time i ll come with my friends😊 thank you for everyone who are working here🤍🙏🏻

Good price. Parking right in front of the building entrance door. Good and friendly communication, the host send us WA messages prior to arrival.

We got apartment 7 which is only partial seaview, and mostly mountain view. Mountain view is okay but we were expecting full seaview, maybe we booked the wrong apartment. Also on 2nd floor, no lift so a lot to carry from floor 0 parking. Tricky road, steep drive to the apartment. We need to make our own bed at the living room whe we arrived, including putting on the duvet cover. Need to pay extra €8 for residence tax (we paid cash).

Very nice stay!

Everything was so simple, clean and nice. The only thing - Internet. It did not work, but sometimes it happens. I liked it very much, especially our lovely host and her daughter who was comunicating with us.

A good alternative to stay in Kotor Bay but enjoy some silence

It's outside of the Kotor buzz and traffic, but only a short drive away; the view from the balcony is beautiful. a relatively new building and facilities. It was good for a family with two kids.

We didn't realize that the pool in the property is private for just some of the apartments.

Everything a traveler needs, big and comfortable apartment with a beautiful garden ( botanical garden!) and great balcony with sea-view ( too bad it was so cold and windy that we couldn’t have breakfast outside!). Good relations with the owner.

Excellent Stay in Kotor

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The apartment is super clean, very comfortable, and perfectly quiet and private. There’s convenient parking right on site, and the large balcony with its amazing view is a highlight—great for morning coffee or evening relaxation. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor.

A pleasant stay!

- beautiful, spacious, clean apartment, with a generous balcony with a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor - it is close by car to Kotor and Perast, where prices are much higher, so we highly recommend choosing this accommodation with a much better quality-price ratio compared to other accommodation units! - parking available in the courtyard of the accommodation

- we arrived at the accommodation at night, tired, and it was unpleasant not to find the bedding on the sofa (we were 4 people and the accommodation unit had a bedroom and a living room); we had to make our own bed, which I don't think is ok, therefore, as a recommendation for hosts, especially when other clients announce in advance that they will arrive at night, it would be nice to wait for them as warmly as possible. - no insect nets on the door and the balcony window

Orahovac, Kotor - Nice little cosy paradise

The owner was super nice, very approachable, hard-working lady. The apartment is quite spacious, the kitchen is connected to the living room and it has all the dishes, utensils, stove and anything you might need. The bathroom is quite big too and it has drying fan, which is a huge plus if one has hair as long as mine. The balcony offers the side sea view, it is spacious and it has drying rack great for drying your swimsuits, towels and clothes. It is some 5 minutes from the sea, up the hill, but it is super easy to go up and down through some yard shortcuts the owner kindly showed us, so it was really a pleasant effortless walk to and from the sea. The sea is wonderful, with small pebble sand beach surrounding it. ❤

There was nothing we did not like, but I have to mention that the road to the property is very steep, but that’s the price you pay for having uninterrupted gorgeous view of the sea and surrounding mountains

We stayed at J&P Apartments for one night during our family trip, and everything was simply perfect. Even though it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression on us. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a peaceful bedroom that ensured a great night's sleep. The surrounding area is quiet and ideal for anyone looking to unwind, yet close enough to Kotor and other beautiful coastal spots. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very professional – they made check-in smooth and were always ready to help if needed. You can feel that they care about every guest’s experience. Highly recommended for both short stays and longer holidays. We would gladly come back next time we’re in Montenegro!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-managed. If we had to mention one small thing, it would be that we wished we had more time to enjoy the apartment and the peaceful surroundings — one night simply wasn’t enough!

This is a lovely, modern apartment with a view over the water from the balcony. The host was very friendly and allowed me to check out a little later than planned. The shower was great and the bed super comfortable. I liked the location being away from the tourist centres, as it was quiet. However, you do need a car!

The bed was squeaky and the pillows were hard, and there were no sheets for the person who slept in the sofa.(or i could nor find ) A single sofa in the living room is not enough for a family of 3, there should have been at least 1 more cozy seat

Wonderful overall

It was wonderful, hosts are kind and hospitable. The location was beautiful with mountain views and our apartment was spacious. Overall, was clean and well maintained. My family and I had an excellent stay and would choose this place again!
