Where do we start with Wave’s Crest? If you can think of it, chances are it’s there (with the frustrating exception of air conditioning). This goes for the standards, like the collection of kitchen appliances, the garden, and the excellent TV, but also for slightly more unusual things, such as the table football, the gym equipment, and the Jacuzzi. Nicoletta and her family live here most of the time, so while you will find some of their things hidden away, it means that the house has been designed to be lived in, and that counts for a lot.
Home truths:
*Unfortunately there's no air conditioning, which could become a problem in the summer when Milan gets very hot
*There are a lot of stairs, and there are openings between each one – not great for young children
*One person can sleep on a sofa bed in the games room
