Vreselijk: airco defect en daardoor veel te warm, matig schoongemaakt en slecht onderhouden.
Op het oog een mooi appartement op een handige locatie dicht bij de metro waardoor je met twaalf minuten in het centrum van Milaan staat.
Vergane glorie; kapot glas in de oven, douche stang hangt met tie-wraps aan elkaar. Airco deed het niet, terwijl eigenaar zei van wel. Zou een soort van gebouw-gestuurde airco moeten zijn, maar blies niet terwijl het over de dertig graden was. Wanneer doet hij het dan wel? Ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken geen contact meer met de eigenaar of het verhuurbedrijf.

La struttura ha una buona posizione e a primo impatto (entrando dalla porta) sembra una bella casa
Qui la lista si fa più complessa..
Abbiamo dovuto lavare per intero la cucina: piatto fornelli grasso neanche fosse il banco di un meccanico, lavastoviglie carica di stoviglie sporche, le stoviglie e piatti riposti nelle scaffalature ancora più sporchi e unti rispetto a quelli in lavastoviglie, bicchieri spaccati (avevamo 5 bicchieri per 8 persone, ci siamo arrangiati a bere con le tazze), posate mancanti (le abbiamo dovute comprare al supermercato), nessun sapone e detersivi ad eccezione della lavatrice, bagni pieni di peli e capelli di ogni colore e lunghezza, in un bagno ci stava un allevamento di formiche (sicuramente erano così tante per via della mancanza di pulizia nella casa), secchi e scaffale sotto al lavandino avevano più muffa di una zucchina andata a male, muffa e sporco nel ripiano basso del congelatore, nessuna busta per i secchi, le docce semi spaccate tra soffioni e perdite d’acqua, peli e capelli di ogni genere nei letti, i cuscini sembravano riempiti di calcinacci, il biliardino che trovate in foto è stanco di vivere poverello (spaccato in diversi punti e con le aste totalmente piegate)…
Potrei continuare la lista con altri svariati commenti negativi, ma la cosa peggiore è stato l’host.. non rintracciabile in nessun modo nonostante la chat su Booking ed il contatto su whatsapp, è stato in grado di rispondere solo per i pagamenti delle tasse di soggiorno e supplemento per un cane (90€ di supplemento per un cane di 5kg, la motivazione per questo costo esagerato è stata la pulizia di peli.. scioccante vista la condizione igienica della casa).
Ho provato a contattarlo diverse volte per avere chiarimenti riguardo alla poca pulizia ma non è stato in grado di rispondere né alle chiamate, né a messaggi su whatsapp, né ai messaggi su Booking.
Il giorno del check out mi arriva un messaggio da questo “signore” dandomi le istruzioni e quando gli ho chiesto perché non abbia risposto ai reclami la risposta è stata che non era arrivato nulla.

Bon emplacement mais mal entretenu
Très bon emplacement avec le métro à proximité. Spacieux et au calme avec l accès via une cour intérieure. Avantageux d avoir un lave-linge et sèche linge

Attention pas de rideau dans toutes les chambres donc masque de nuit à prévoir

Un loft molto carino e spazioso.
Bellissimo l’ingresso dalla corte e ottima la posizione vicino alla metropolitana.
Buona la biancheria.
Possibilità di parcheggio se si viaggia in auto
Utilissima la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice, soprattutto per chi, come noi, si trattiene più giorni.
Purtroppo sarebbe un fantastico loft se fosse ben tenuto; scarsa la pulizia di bagni (docce fatiscenti ) e cucina. Mancano cose che in una casa vacanze dovrebbero essere immancabili, come un tostapane, un microonde o addirittura una scopa/aspirapolvere

Апартамента е точно както е на снимките. Идеален за голяма група. Бяхме 6 възрастни и 2 големи деца.Квартала е отличен . Много добра пицария , буквално на врата разстояние от нас. Два магазина за хранителни стоки на 100 метра от нас , метро на 100 метра. Отлична локация.Има постоянно топла вода , както отопление.Минусите са малко и ако собствениците поработят по тях ще е твърдо 10. Отличен Интернет.
Въпреки , че апартамента би следвало да получи 10 от мен , ще ви кажа защо му давам оценка 8. Малко посуда , не може за 8 човека да има 6 вилици , малко чаши, счупени чаши в шкафа. Кафе машината работи само с един вид капсули. Докато ги уцелим , се наложи да обикаляме магазините с мостра. Апартамента до нас се извършват строителни дейности от 7.30 сутрин до 17.30 следобед , без да се спира. Голямо блъскане. Което е изключително неприятно да те събудят с удари по стената.
