Fantastic Apartments

The apartments themselves were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything you need. Host communicated very well and check-in process was easy. Property is safe with security measures in place. Lidl on the doorstep for supplies.

The location is a little bit out of the way. Although it is in the San Siro area, you are looking at roughly 60 minutes walk. The nearest station is around 10 minutes walk away.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment!

We were a family of five and absolutely loved this bright, spacious place. The area felt very safe, and the apartment had all the necessary appliances. The hosts provided clear instructions, making check-in easy and straightforward. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were also thoughtful extras like an iron, hair dryer, and drying rack. Lidl is just around the corner and open until 21:00, which was very convenient. We totally recommend this apartment — it’s perfect for a big family!

Overall, we had a nice experience and there were no major problems, just a few things that could make the stay even better. Please be prepared to pay an additional 80 EUR during check-in; we did not see this in the description, and it was a surprise to us. The location is about 45 minutes from the city center. There’s a bus stop just 3 minutes away, but the service is not very frequent — we once had to wait about 40 minutes. The nearest metro station (M1) is around a 17-minute walk away. The beds were not the most comfortable and creaked quite a bit, which can be a bit difficult for light sleepers. Also, there were no duvet covers provided — the blanket was placed between two sheets, which tends to come apart during the night. The ironing board was broken, and it would have been great to have a few more dishwasher tablets, as well as some basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and tea.

Our stay was good & lots of areas can be improved to make it the best place for tourists

The location was great, supermarket with many parking were close to the apartment. The parking was good even additional parking are available outside the fens and around the supermarket. All questions and requests were being answered on spot by property owner, they were so helpful and cooperative. Collecting keys was so detailed with secured steps. Many wide and new cabinets were provided in the apartment.

One of the bed was broken, we talked to them and sent picture and immediately they changed the bed. I believe that all beds should be checked well before check-in to reduce claiming process. The matrices in general were not comfortable. There was no table in the living room, so I had to pull out terrace table inside the apartment. Only one medium size of pan was available in the kitchen, it was not enough for 5 people. The AC was not cooling enough, it was showing 23 degree, they took immediate action to reduce the thermostat and provide additional fan, although our priority when searching about apartments were AC & Parking. We also paid additional fee for cleaning, but cleaning was not provided during our 4 nights stay in the apartment. There was no mirror in the apartment except in the toilets, the pictures at booking were showing available in the master room. I also recommend more care about the cleanness of the apartment and would love to see water hose inside the toilets.

Lovely stay in Milan

The apartment was amazing, well cleaned and smartly organised, having everything we wanted! It is situated at 15min by walk to the closest metro station, which is connected to the Duomo and other important tourist points. Carlos was very nice!

It was ok once inside but not in a nice area at all, I wouldn’t stay again

Once inside the apartment was nice and clean and modern, the one room has a double bed, which is fine but the second room has two campbeds, which for two adults isn’t comfortable. The area isn’t very nice at all, it’s very industrial and there is graffiti everywhere. It’s a 15 minute unpleasant walk from the apartment to the nearest metro station. I wouldn’t stay there again - I was with my three daughters and didn’t feel safe at all once we left the apartment. Also, it is almost impossible to get a taxi from the accommodation, so there is no choice but to walk to the metro.

What a gem find

Nothing to dislike. Everything was exceptional. Gorgeous apartment. Everything you need and more. Close to the Metro which is a great way to get around for next to no cost. Right next to Lidl for supplies. .Although we never met the host this was not a problem at all The information and help they provided was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble the response to any emails was within minutes. Just perfect. A real gem of a find.

Lovely and clean modern apartment

Very nice property, having everything you need for a stay in Milan ( from dishwasher and washing machine till coffee machine and iron, all utensils, everything was enough)

I think photos of very similar 2 apartments are mixed up and confusing which exactly are you booking. Mattresses in twin beds are not the best, also the area of the building is little bit far from center so uber is not always accepting requests to pick you up from this area, so it is better to have your own car. We also didn’t have any mosquitoes repellent and there r no nets on the windows so be ready to think about this issue before arriving especially with kids.

Séjour dans le noir à cause d’un volet cassé

Le volet électrique était cassé à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû passer tout le séjour dans le noir, ce qui a fortement impacté notre confort. Plusieurs équipements étaient également défectueux. Malgré le signalement des problèmes, aucune réparation ni solution n’a été proposée. Nous disposons de photos pour appuyer ces constats

La nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Avevamo pagato l’alloggio su Booking in anticipo, ma al momento del check-in ci sono stati richiesti ulteriori 80 € per le pulizie. Questa informazione era indicata, ma in modo poco evidente: sarebbe stato molto più trasparente specificare subito il costo totale, così da evitare sorprese. Un altro aspetto deludente riguarda i posti letto. L’annuncio indica quattro posti, ma in realtà si tratta di un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo normale e una brandina. Non è corretto farli passare come quattro posti letto equivalenti, soprattutto considerando che i materassi erano sottili e rigidi e poco confortevoli. Una maggiore chiarezza nei costi e una descrizione più accurata dei posti letto renderebbero l’esperienza molto più soddisfacente per gli ospiti.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. C’est comme neuf. L’appartement dispose de deux salles de bain ainsi que d’une belle terrasse. Il y a un Lidl juste à côté ce qui est très pratique pour faire les courses.

L’un des deux lits simples est un lit d’appoint et il est placé devant la porte pour accéder au balcon. Il est difficile de se repérer dans le parking. Cela manque d’éclairage dans la cuisine. Les douches sont un peu petites. Le quartier n’est pas très sympa et un peu excentré du centre-ville mais pas loin du stade San Siro.

Evin ferahlığı, konforu çok güzeldi. Kiralayanlar her zaman bir mesaj uzağımızdaydı. Her detay düşünülmüştü. Yanıbaşındaki marketten alışveriş yaparak; Her şeyi eviniz konforunda hazırlayabilirsiniz. Metro 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Fiyat performans çok iyi. Beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi.

Kiraladığımız araç büyük olduğu için, otoparka park etmek biraz sıkıntıydı. Ama çok problem olmadı.

Es gab bei Ankunft erhebliche versteckte Kosten. Für das Apartment wurden noch 80 Euro Reinigungskosten sowie 40 Euro Citytax. Das war bewusst in der Booking-Anzeige nicht klar angezeigt worden. Außerdem war das Apartment bei Ankunft nicht fertig und wir mussten eine Stunde warten. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und hat auf maximal 24 Grad runter gekühlt. Das machen wir nie wieder.

1) لا يوجد موظف استقبال 2) تسجيل الدخول كان صعبا جدا لأننا عند الدفع دفعنا كل المبلغ في تطبيق بوكنق وبلغونا عن وجود ضريبتين النظافة والمدينة لم يحتسبا في المبلغ فأرسلوا لنا رابطا للدفع ولم يعمل الرابط ، فمنعونا من الدخول وبقينا في الشارع إلى أن كادت تغيب الشمس لأجل هذه الضريبة مع كوننا دفعنا كل المبلغ!!!!! يعني لو لم يعمل الرابط لبتنا في الشارع وكأنهم لم يأخذوا منا 99٪؜من المبلغ!!! الكارثة أنه بعد دخولنا رفعت شكوى للمسؤول فبلغني أنه لا يطلب من الضيف ضريبة نظافة والمطلوب فقط ضريبة مدينة فأرجعوا لي المبلغ بعد 25 يوم تقريبا 3)طريقة فتح الباب مكتوبة كتابة ولو كانت مسجلة في فيديو لكان أفضل ( تنبيه للجميع: يحتاج فتح الباب دورتين للقفل) 4) لا يوجد شطاف

Siamo stati solo 2 notti. Non abbiamo provato la metro Bonola ma sembra vicino. Palazzo nuovo . Ottima Organizzazione, pulizia e disponibilità. Il garage molto comodo Un disguido in un sovrapprezzo con Booking risolto velocemente dalla struttura e una brandina rotta che è stata sostituita velocemente. La Lidl sotto casa è molto comoda.

Piccole cose: L'acqua dei rubinetti ha un sapore pessimo e le finestre senza tende in bagno e camera da letto.

سعة المكان ونظافته واحتوائه على جميع التفاصيل الهامة ويوجد سوبر ماركت قريب من الموقع مكثت فيه ثلاثة ايام بعيد عن سنتر ميلان بحدود عشرين دقيقة الدخول ذاتي يتم ارسال رسالة لك عن طريق الواتس اب لتعبئة البيانات الخاصة بالمرافقين ويتم ارسال كافة البيانات المتعلقة بالدخول لمقر السكن وهو عبارة عن برج يقع في مجمع سكني هادئ جداً ويصلح لمن لديه عائلة مكونة اربع أشخاص إلى خمسةً أشخاص يوجد مطبخ وثلاجة وغسالة ومنافع متعددة يحتاجها المسافر قبيل سفره لترتيب اغراضه بشكل افضل
