Good value for money if staying with 2 kids. Easy downtown access with public transportation.
Modern, refurbished small 1 bedroom apartment. Sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen. Washing machine. 1 block away from tram station with direct connection to downtown area (Duomo - 25 min). Secured reserved parking space in front of the apartment.
Not very clear where to enter the premises at first (need to enter through a separate gate, not the main building entrance). Apartment in basement with no or very limited sunlight. Weak Wifi. Not great neighborhood although we didn't feel unsafe.

It was very good overall. Very clean and felt safe. The location is near transport network systems
We cooked our own breakfast
There were no wiping towels for kitchen surfaces. There were no manuals or instructions on how to use the Stove, washing machine and Dish washer
