Faltaram muitas coisas básicas que tornaram nossa estadia mais difícil. A falta de utensílios na cozinha (por exemplo, haviam apenas quatro garfos!) e de toalhas (somente quatro para um apartamento com capacidade para cinco pessoas) foi um grande transtorno. Além disso, a energia caiu simplesmente porque ligamos o forno. O aquecedor é péssimo: não esquenta e, mesmo tentando ajustar a temperatura para 28 °C, ele permanecia travado em 21 °C. O isolamento térmico do apartamento é totalmente amador, o que impede a temperatura de se manter agradável. A jacuzzi é a única coisa que funciona como deveria, porém não pode ser utilizada se outros equipamentos estiverem conectados à rede elétrica (por exemplo, um secador de cabelo). O Wi-Fi só funciona no andar de baixo. Na sala de TV principal, localizada no segundo andar, foi um sacrifício conseguir assistir a um filme, pois a televisão não conseguia se conectar à internet. Por último, o que mais me frustrou foi que, ao contatar a dona do apartamento (por volta da 1 h da manhã) para relatar nossos problemas — afinal, estou pagando pela estadia, não é algo gratuito — ela foi bastante rude, agindo como se eu a estivesse incomodando. O mínimo que se espera de alguém que se propõe a trabalhar com hospedagem é conforto e qualidade nos serviços, não uma postura amadora de quem vê isso apenas como um “bico”. Infelizmente, o Booking parece estar deixando muitas pontas soltas nas estadias oferecidas, possivelmente para competir com o Airbnb, mas, pela minha experiência, está falhando grandemente. Não recomendo este lugar para quem busca algo organizado, com bom custo-benefício.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Gastgeberin war stehts zu erreichen. Die Lichterketten auf dem Balkon sorgen für eine gute Stimmung. Es gab kostenlosen Kaffe (4 Pads) und eine Flasche Prosecco.
Es gibt Bettwanzen! Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise aus 4 unterschiedlichen Haushalten und haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Am Tag nach Abreise hatten alle! 4 Personen Insektenstiche von Bettwanzen, zwei Personen mussten ärtzlich behandelt werden. Leider zeigte sich die Vermieterin weder einsichtig noch verständnisvoll, sondern glaubte nicht mal meinem ärztlichen Attest. Unglaublich... Die Kurtaxe muss mit einem Link bezahlt werden, einen Beleg haben wir dafür nicht erhalten. Die Matratze im oberen Bett ist sehr ungemütlich gewesen.

الشقة جميلة و مرتبه و نظيفة على مستوى فندقي اربع نجوم على الاقل ثلاث غرف و و صاله في منطقة السطح جميلة جدا بجوارها العديد من المطاعم المترو و القطار قريب من 5 الى 10 دقايق مشي المواقف جيدة و امنه
للتنبيه فقط ليس عيب بها حمام واحد فقط لا يوجد شي اوصي بالمكان بشدة
