In principle, it’s a nice hotel, but unfortunately many details are lacking. For example, there was no soap available in

There was no soap in the spa or at least we were unable to find it, the sauna towels were very small, the service stuff was sometimes not really friendly and customer oriented

Hotel Staff tried to resolve the very loud High School kids in the hotel; Hotel Staff listened to our feedback about the noise

Partying High School kids day in and day out while we were there; There was not parking spaces in covered garage for the guests - this can be improved e.g. Hotel staff should not park/block the cars of the hotel guests; Some dinners were ok, some not

Good location with a pool. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed pillows (large and small) were much better than in other hotels. It was pleasant to sit ouside on the balcony.

We had a very enjoyable stay - a little pricey for us, so the little details helped.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Meran is definitely worth a visit. Facilities were useful and clean. Breakfast was also excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay.

There was a slight misunderstanding over the evening meal - quickly solved. And it took me a little while to work out how to switch on the electricity in the room.

Nice rooms and atmosphere. The position is not central, but it's less than 10 minutes walking distance and you get a more peaceful location. Balcony is a big plus. People were friendly.

The entrance part is a little bit bland, so is dinning room. Even when building and street in a whole is part of Merano the Hotel sometimes miss a strong character.

Camera pulita, personale molto gentile e accogliente in ogni nostra richiesta. La prima sera abbiamo cenato in albergo, cibo di buona qualità e prezzo adeguato. Colazione ben assortita e con prodotti di qualità.

Hotel comodo, funzionale e pulito.

Struttura ampia, con garage molto comodo. Camere di buon livello, piccoli ma funzionali i bagni, ottima la doccia, sembrava tutto nuovo. Il letto era comodo. La camera aveva una ottima visuale verso le montagne. Ottima la pulizia. Gentilissima e simpatica la ragazza allla reception.

La cena, per la mia esperienza, non è sembrata il loro forte.

Die Lage ist super für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Sisi Weg nach Schloss Trautmannsdorf. Der spabereich ist einfach wundervoll und die Dachterrasse mit den Relaxliegen bieten einen super schönen Ausblick auf die Berge

Maravilhosa surpresa!

O hotel é excelente e nem usamos tudo que ele oferecia. Café da manhã farto, delicioso, visual lindo das montanhas (do meu quarto), funcionários hiper simpáticos e solícitos. Passei meu aniversário aqui e fui recepcionada na manhã dele com um bolinho e cartão de congratulações!!! Muito delicado! O aquecimento interno é ótimo, há um café anexo ao hotel reservado muito legal. A administração providenciou a nosso pedido passes de transporte urbano que nos ajudou muito na estadia! Voltarei um dia!

Traumhafte Auszeit im Hotel Kolping Meran – Entspannung und Genuss auf höchstem Niveau

Wir haben im Hotel Kolping in Meran einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt erlebt und möchten unsere Begeisterung gerne teilen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und auch bei späterer Anreise (nach 20 Uhr!) wurde uns noch eine liebevoll angerichtete kalte Platte vom Abendessen bereitgestellt – ein besonderer Service, den man nicht überall findet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool, die durch ihre großzügigen Öffnungszeiten viel Flexibilität bietet – ideal, um nach einem Tag in den Bergen oder der Stadt noch entspannt ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen oder einfach die Sonne im Grünen zu genießen. Ein echtes Highlight ist außerdem der außergewöhnlich schöne Spa-Bereich: Die Panorama-Sauna mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge, das stilvolle Dampfbad, der Whirlpool und die zahlreichen Ruheräume laden zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Alles ist modern, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – perfekt für eine kleine Wellness-Auszeit. Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel voll überzeugt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und hochwertig – mit einer tollen Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Abends erwartet die Gäste ein dreigängiges Menü, das geschmacklich wie optisch auf hohem Niveau ist. Die Salatbar ist wunderbar vielfältig und stets frisch. Wir können die Halbpension wärmstens empfehlen, denn die Qualität der Speisen ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ein großes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team: Vom Service bis zum Housekeeping sind alle herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und rundum gut betreut. Die Zimmer sind zwar in der Einrichtung etwas älter, jedoch sehr gepflegt. Die modernen, renovierten Badezimmer bieten allen Komfort, und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft – ein echtes Plus! Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch das hervorragende Housekeeping, das nicht nur gründlich arbeitet, sondern ebenfalls durch große Freundlichkeit auffällt.

Relax a MERANO

L’hotel è proprio al centro di Merano, leggermente sopra al centro storico (nulla di così scomodo). Io e mia moglie ci siamo concessi delle uscite serali post-cena ed il fatto di poter andare a piedi (in discesa) al centro storico con 10 minuti di camminata ha allietato il nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, se presi dalla stanchezza, avevamo la possibilità di prendere l’autobus che ci avrebbe poi lasciato proprio lì davanti senza quindi dover fare ulteriori camminate. Molto accogliente, con personale preparato e professionale, attento alle esigenze del cliente. La camera aveva una dimensione giusta per una famiglia composta da marito e moglie (avremmo gradito forse qualche mq ma al prezzo pagato andava benissimo quella assegnata). La colazione presentava molta varietà di cibo (dal dolce al salato) che accontentava tutti i palati e le esigenze di chi avesse dovuto affrontare una giornata di trekking/bicicletta/ecc. Il plus sono sicuramente la piscina esterna, e la SPA completa di sauna, bagno turco, sauna finlandese ed area relax…tutto molto pulito.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel. Im Sommer auf Auswirkungen von "Familienfreundlichkeit" einstellen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keinerlei Wünsche offen gelassen. Man konnte das Stadtzentrum zu Fuss bequem in 10 Minuten erreichen.

Im SPA/Ruhebereich hat man desöfteren lärmende Kinder unter ~10 Jahren angetroffen. Auch der Pool konnte nur sehr eingeschränkt genutzt werden, da er von zahlreichen Eltern für Schwimmkurse für die eigenen Kinder verwendet wurde. Möglicherweise werde ich (Vater von 2 mittlerweile erwachsenen Söhnen) in Zukunft nur noch Adults Only Hotels buchen.

colazione direi varia ed ottimo come qualita' . posizione comoda per arriivare in centro sia coi mezzi trasporto pubblici che consiglio ma anche a piedi ( circa 10 minuti ) . ritorno tutta salita ma non difficoltosa.

se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa idromassaggio troppo freddo per i miei gusti ma comunque zona relax ottima per un 3 stelle.

Lage in 10 min zu Fuß an der Passer, 15 min in der Innenstadt. Frühstück tolle Auswahl. Pool schön, etwas klein. Wellness neu, aber zu spät geöffnet. Preis Leistung top.

Pool und Wellness war toll, aber für die vielen Leute zu klein. Wellness erst um 17 Uhr offen, viel zu spät bei dem Wetter, müsste dem Wetter angepasst sein.
