Karoo Ridge Eco-Lodges

It was the most special family break away and we felt so spoiled. We went hiking everyday and the game drive was spectacular. The food was so good! We loved everything. We rested mind body and soul. Will definitely be back 🌿

Location was breathtaking. Property was very neat and maintaind exelantly.

No Wi-fi facility at the house itself and a plugpoint for a hair dryer.

What we loved about our stay at Karoo Ridge Eco-Lodges was the deep serenity — the kind you feel the moment you arrive. The quiet and calm at the Mountain Lodge were unforgettable, and with no connectivity we could truly switch off and just be present. The lodge itself struck the perfect balance of luxury and comfort — beautifully done, cosy, and genuinely restorative. The stars at night were breathtaking, and we loved the sense of nature all around us with game roaming nearby. The sundowners were pure Karoo magic, and the game drive was a real highlight. Most of all, it’s the people who made the stay so special. Roos’ care and excellent daily service made everything feel effortless. And we’re equally grateful for the warmth, care, and friendliness from Debby and Dave, as well as the wonderful hospitality of the owners, Helen and Pete — you can feel the heart behind this place. Karoo Ridge gave us space to breathe, rest, and reset — and we’ll definitely be back.

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave and come back to reality — even 9 nights just weren’t enough.

חווה מבודדת והכי פרטית שיכולה להיות. מקום מעוצב בצורה קלאסית ומגניבה. יש ספרונים עם הדרכות לטיולים רגליים שאפשר לצאת ממש מהבקתה באורכים שונים ולמשך זמנים שונים. חשיבה על כל הפרטים הקטנים . אנחנו היינו כשהיה קר וגשום ולכן לא יצא לנו להשתמש בבריכה ובפינת מדורה.
