The location. although remote, is absolutely stunning. The authenticity of the experience was worth the trip.
I was a bit stranded without wifi, and this became more apparent as there is no cellphone signal. However, I could get wifi from the main house.

If you want to get out of the busy daily grind and just switch off and relax in a stunning place, this is it! You might not see dinosaurs roaming around....but the farm animals and wildlife makes it so worth it. Go get lost on the hiking trails and explore! Thank you!

Beautiful surroundings in the heart of the Karoo. The cottage was cosy and nicely decorated.With its rustic cement floors. handmade wooden furnitureand zink roof. Peacefull and very quiet.
It was bitterly cold windy and rainy on arrrival. We needed something to warm us up a little but No hot Beverage coffee tea nothing supplied to welcome guests only empty dirty containers. Its freezingly cold insids cottage. No hot water tap in barhroom basin. Toilet leaking. Take note: No, nothing, absolutely Zero cell wifi reception. Value for money? Its a no from me.
