It was clean and beautiful.
There were flies all over the roof in the bedroom.

We left too early for breakfast but it sounded good - English or Omelette. We enjoyed a lovely braai and bottle of red wine. Abigail cooked the braai and veggies for us for a very reasonable total cost of R 450.00 for two. The lodge is located on a game farm and about 2 kms from the gate. We saw buffalo, wildebeest and kudu on our way to the lodge. The lodge is securely fenced but we were delighted to hear the kudu jump the fence at night to eat the green lawn! Only about 10 kms from the Mountain Zebra National Park
A minor matter is that it would have been nice to have wine and whisky glasses in the rooms for sundowners,

Abegail was extremely friendly and helpful. She tried her best to accommodate our needs. Very quiet place and the tranquility was amazing. Wish there were more wild animals closer to the camp area.
Uneasy staircase from outside main building to reach the dining room inside. Although Abegail served us in a very friendly way, the breakfast was not up to the standard we are used to when traveling overseas. No fresh fruit juice, no fruit after the meal, no choice of cereal but we enjoyed it due to Abegail's friendliness. The owner was never there. We had to eat while other guests were watching TV in the same room.
