It is very clean, very well kept and nice and spacious! The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and we loved the stone wall behind the bed. The kitchen is also very nice and there’s even a little garden out the back of the property.
The TV was small and the remote didn’t work plus the picture was fuzzy. But we’re not here to watch TV so not a massive deal!

This is simply a wonderful apartment with an incredible renovation! The bedroom is very comfortable, and the pillows are soft—not like in many hotels where they feel half-empty. Everything was very clean, and the host left water and cookies, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen is excellent and well-equipped, making it great for cooking.
The only downside was that it was quite cold. We arrived during chilly weather, and in such cases, a heater would have been very helpful.
However, the bedroom was fantastic—the blankets were very warm and large. I highly recommend these apartments! You’ll also be very lucky with the host—he is the most hospitable we’ve met in Ponta Delgada.

Very comfortable stay with easy free parking behind the garden and a fully equipped kitchen/common area. It’s clear that there was a lot of thought put into the property to make guests stays as seamless as possible. Host Emanuel was super helpful with great recommendations for restaurants in the area and checked in regularly to make sure my stay was going well.
The airport is surprisingly close by so during the day you can hear planes take off, however I didn’t notice any noise after 8-9pm or so and slept without any issue. Also note that the rooms are on the second and third floors, so keep this in mind with large luggage or mobility issues.

Beautiful room, really large with little balcony onto the street

Parking very easy at back of building.
Nothing really but people should know it’s a small walk into the middle of the town
We didn’t mind this at all as it’s nice and quiet
