Comfy bed, pretty building, cool common rooms. It's very clean.

Owner send a lot a lot of information, could be more organised in like a PDF or a bit shorter.

Fantastic host. So helpful beforehand and super informative and responsive to any questions I had. The place is in a great location and is clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen downstairs with everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

It is very clean, very well kept and nice and spacious! The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and we loved the stone wall behind the bed. The kitchen is also very nice and there’s even a little garden out the back of the property.

The TV was small and the remote didn’t work plus the picture was fuzzy. But we’re not here to watch TV so not a massive deal!

This is simply a wonderful apartment with an incredible renovation! The bedroom is very comfortable, and the pillows are soft—not like in many hotels where they feel half-empty. Everything was very clean, and the host left water and cookies, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen is excellent and well-equipped, making it great for cooking. The only downside was that it was quite cold. We arrived during chilly weather, and in such cases, a heater would have been very helpful. However, the bedroom was fantastic—the blankets were very warm and large. I highly recommend these apartments! You’ll also be very lucky with the host—he is the most hospitable we’ve met in Ponta Delgada.
