Good value and nice staff. Close to a botanical garden and the mall.
Electrical panel is too small for the building and trips sometimes. There is a shower that needs a new enclosure as it causes the floors to get all wet everytime you shower. But overall you get what you pay for and the place has a good price.

Everything. I am American and am very happy with the amenities and services provided. Most of those who are complaining are just cheap and shouldn't be traveling at all. The room was very clean, there were a sufficient number of bathrooms, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central and near a beautiful botanical garden.
Power went out and staff called electrician. I extended for another night as I was pleased with everything else.

Breakfast was nice on first morning, but degraded on second day (no more cake and less fresh fruit) - shared kitchen in ground floor and small backyard are quite useful
Room was a bit expensive for single person and noisy at the road, no teabags available nor fresh juice
