Flat was exellent very close to supermarket.Views was incredible looking over the church. Everything what you need it was there. Was feeling like from home to home. We will back again.

Butas pačiame Joniškio centre. Viskas pasiekiama pėščiomis. Atskiros vietos automobiliui nėra, tačiau neturėtų kilti problemų randant namo kieme vietą parkavimui. Netoliese pakankamai didelė maisto prekių parduotuvė. Butas erdvus. Mes buvome keturiese, bet komfortiškai tilptų ir didesnė kompanija.
Butas penktame aukšte, name be lifto. Su vaikais ir nesant fiziškai stipriam - sunkoka užlipti. Kai kas bute jau gerokai nusidėvėję ar net išlūžę (dušo kabinos durelės, šaldytuvo lentynėlė). Mūsų atvykimo dieną šeimininkė informavo ir apie nulaužtą lauko durų rankeną. Patikino, kad rankena bus greitai sutvarkyta, tai gal čia tik mums taip nepasisekė. Kai kuriuos puodus/keptuves jau irgi reikėtų keisti arba bent kruopščiai išvalyti (kaip ir orkaitės skardą).

Labai viskas patiko. Dekoju seimininkams uz super poilsi, viskas taip apgalvota bute, mielos detales, patogu ir labai svaru. Labai gera energetika buto nes butas irengtas su meile ir kad butu patogu klientui. Sekmes Jums.

Atvažiavau aplankyti anūkėlės dviems naktims iš kito miesto. Savininkė Lilija buvo labai maloni, pasiruošusi padėti, atsakyti į visus klausimus bet kuriuo metu. Esu labai patenkinta, kad pasirinkau šį erdvų, skoningai įrengtą ir labai tvarkingą butą idealioje vietoje.
